Reviews of Westbrook Centre
Nice large store, visited after Gulliver's world 🎢🎠🎡🌍 for tea at the café, unfortunately the café closed at 3pm even though advertised open til 6pm. Facilities clean. George upstairs nice large selection. Lots of parking, fuel station. Clean store.
A great Asda with everything you could need including a pharmacy, shoe repair shop, currency travel kiosk and George. Newly built petrol station. Charity shop, card shop, carpet and flooring shop, estate agents, dentists, lovely little library, doctors surgery, opticians and a school and church
Store is well presented with a wide range of groceries products. Mens clothing section is minimal, such as one rail.
Staff seemed okay, however quite a few chatty ones.
Nice atmosphere and good shopping experience
A whole lot better now they have got rid of the arrows. Most items still seem higher priced then pre-lockdown. However its to be expected
Good selection of shops and a huge Asda to finish it off.
All screens have had an upgrade now the seats are all flat bed style seats, seats are so comfortable now and has little table that you can put food and drinks on ,
it is so much better now everyone now should able to see the cinema screens as there are less seats in the screening room as they have space it out so it makes for a much better experience
Car and petrol station have been resurfaced/ designed making it a lot easier to use . Asda is the largest in the town with a good range. Loads of free car parking spaces
Not a bad 'centre'. There are a few different shops around, but not much that I would use apart from the Asda and Odeon. There are several other places others may find useful though - opticians, pharmacy, carpet shops and estate agents. There is plenty of parking.
We called in to Asda located at Westbrook and found he carpark to be very cramped and difficult to navigate easily due to the large amount of traffic passing through that day. Although we did not visit any other stores (and it was our first and only visit to Westbrook) there did look to be a decent variety on offer and i imagine it is a decent shopping park if you lived locally
always find what we need
Improved parking spaces make it alot easier to visit and shop
British heart Foundation on there some good furniture and electrical things reasonably cheap like new
No problem parking and we were able to get everything we needed.
Variety of shops safe and secure parking ample space between vehicles this site features an Odeon Cinema though the ASDA In Store Restaurant ( run by Others than ASDA themselves ) is well worth avoiding)
Parking better now the car park has been revamped.
The car park has undergone refurbishment over the last few months, causing complete chaos. The works seem to have finished but some of the parking spaces are dangerous as reversing into oncoming traffic is the only exit
Visited 'Breathe Beauty Therapy' on this retail park and Asda too... Park looked good, it's hard a makeover and car park is good... But very standard really.... Great mix of independent shops and big stores too
It's an easy to get to location which offers a full shopping experience of fresh produce and convenience for a host of other amenities.
Very busy and some items not available in store, but still supplying petrol.
Good shopping centre with a large Asda with 24 hour garage. Few small shops on outside like a chemist and bookmakers and charity shop but plenty of great parking.
The new recliners are ace once you've worked out where the buttons are. So much room, completely different way of watching flicks, really comfy, nice one odeon.
I liked it apart from the asda jn the middle of covid staff no masks not 2 meters
Good for the supermarket
Visited Asda only. Good selection as usual
It is an asda, like any other large asda, along with all the usual quirks like an impossible to navigate carpark. You can see the entrance, you just never can get there.
5pm on a Thursday. No queue. Easy shopping. A couple of items out of stock, so only 4 stars, but otherwise good.
Covid safe measures in place, well stocked shelves, clean store, easy flow of people.
Asda great sometimes parking is hard, especially when busy. But overall good store.
It was a very good asda had the most kids parking area I've ever seen at a supermarket got a petrol station
Asda, chemist, card shop, charity shop, plenty of empty shops and "improved car park". Space wise ok but why didn't they designed it diagonal for easy parking and reversing?
Great range of shops parking is always easy highly recommended.
Fine, visit to dentist
Lots of choice. Great place to browse and solid range of products relevant to me needs.
Most things you need are all in this store. Petrol station out side also.
A good asda, well kept, staff are friendly. Only issue is the placement of trolleys during restocking but thats expected.
Many shops to choose from as well as dentist and hairdressers, recently refurbished car park and better lay out and many more disabled parking now available.. handy to nip to asda for me as its close to my home.. also a Odeon cinema and st phillips school a doctor's and library all there aswell and new refurbished petrol station.. lots to offer for a variety of people, and all ages... I dont see and restrictions in any of the shops there to offer....
Great place and people x
Such a variety of everything in a small place, like doctors, dentist, chemist, asda and card factory, fuel many more.
Always bothered by people trying to sell something and is looking more run down each year. Some good shops and friendly staff here though.
The same as any old Asda, well stocked, unless it's after 4.30pm and you want a still bottle of flavoured water good luck go elsewhere
1st time visit, easy ticket machines to use, £13 each about the same as most places but very spacious and comfy chairs that reclined 👍
Really good local shopping centre with a supermarket and cinema and also a range of individual businesses.
Main shop is ASDA and most of the other shops that were ASDAs competition have slowly closed and gone (as ASDA rents the space ), there's just an Opticians, Chemist, Carpet shop, 2 Hairdressers, Bookies, Private Dentist, small Nursery, a Library, Medical Centre, Primary School, Odean Cinema and Costa Coffee.
Nit alot on shelves plus staff aren't that helpfull
Westbrook asda is my local asda it's well stocked and staff are very friendly. They have a nice George section. Recommended.
Only use the fuel station once in a while when passing. Its clean and the staff are friendly and polite. Cash points are available by the Asda.
Always do my shopping here at Asda. Really nice, up to date store.
One of the biggest ASDA store near Junction 8 Motorway. Almost everything is available. Love to shop there.
Great selection of all goods. Well stocked. Great prices. Plenty parking.
The shopping is still as good as one can expect from Asda but they have got rid of a very goog cafe with excellent service and replaced it with a fast food cafe serving cheap but unhealthy food.
Nice asda store George department is upstairs and cafe also.
I was there though for a 1st aid course so I only spent abit of time there and abit if time looking around.
People struggling with social distancing and a different layout as was in area do just called in. Clean and tidy so no issues other than other people not behaving
Great selection of shops you can get anything from glasses to phone repairs. There's a cinema, a library, a blockbuster, a supermarket, an optician, a carpet store, a furniture store you can buy anything there and even get you're haircut then eat at Franky and bennies
Excellent service friendly staff I have shopped there for 33 years 👍
Shop at asda on a regular basis. Decent amount of parking with other smaller shops serving the community with sandwich shops, chemist, optician, charity shop etc
Like asda there it is huge and nice people around.
Predominantly Asda with a few other shops, for an Asda, it's the best one in the area
Been shopping at Asda Westbrook for over 10 years. They have everything you need. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
Same as most other Asda stores although this one is a little smaller than the other two in Warrington
Good parking for the diabled
Great asda great barbers shop too. Excellent parking with space between cars clearly marked thus reducing greatly the scuffed door syndrome.
carpark needs to be navigated slowly, Asda's always good and the smaller shops are ok to look around.
Plenty of parking but would not recommend going in to late to do a big shop as quite a few shelves empty
Only went to ASDA, but it was an excellent store.
New renovations are happening making the area and place more pleasent and up to date. Few different shops, cinema and other than just asda aswel.
The service was ok. no complaints there. However I do have a couple of points to make to help improve the place.
I had sword fish. And its smell was quite pungent almost rotten. So I think it was definitely not fresh. Some of the pasta was good but not memorable. I think the food is good but there is room for improvement.
The wine. it will be good to bring the bottle to the table when the wine is not a house wine.
I might try the place again as it deserves a second chance but definitely the food requires some work.
Excellent parking
Just your usual Asda really. Frirndly helpful staff.
A decent range of shops.
Very good ASDA and other shops too
OK, but parking a little like a nightmare as some entrances cornered off with bollards.
Ok place
Used the toilet facilities on our way to Cheshire Oaks! Clean toilets!
Some new shops since I was last there though a chunk of parking unavailable at moment, not sure why
Easy to find. Plenty of homeware, clothes & other essentials instore
Allways busy here got lost for some food items today wish Asda would not keep changing isles around. Rob and Family
Not as good as it used to be.. obviously due to brexit. And cost of living all havin a knock on effect..
Very busy and felt crowded. Didn't feel like any covid protection for the amount of people allowed in was correctly done
reforming the car park means lots of trees and greenery has been cut down. allowing more cars should mean more eco-friendly planting.
easily accessible with so many convenient stores around
Lovely place to do the shopping,Asda is huge and has got everything.
Not very good
Friendly helpful staff, and other stores adjacent. Free parking/toilets etc. Atm but no Post Office
Great got everything you need but not enough staff on tills however when I got served the person serving me was pleasant
Asda great shopping with friendly service Card factory give it a miss manager too busy talking about what she was going to do that night rather than help me find the right bolloons for my sons 18th Birthday
Nice big asda . Always some where to park . Great selection here . Everything under one roof
Good shop selection,
Asda superstore in Wastbrook. Near Cromwell Avenue, only one superstore in this part of town. Lots of space for parking, with electric charging, petrol station. Good opening times. Have own restaurant, bakery, pharmacy. Part of the building is another small stores and community centre. Across parking 200 yards away is cinema Odeon. Ideal for shopping and relax...
Good parking and other shops apart from ASDA has all you need.
It's a superstore so good selection and prices, staff super friendly (even though it was very busy)
Great store and love the new cafe! Well stocked, clean shelves and very friendly staff! 👌
It's a bit chaotict the moment while works are carried out but in all a great place to shop or a night at the flicks or a drink or two
Indoor skiing in UK
I was just visiting Warrington. Cat sitting for my nephew. But I enjoyed visiting Westbrook Centre.
Lot of places to shop and a good place to go when your going to the cinema with an ASDA and a Odeon it is good plus a Costa inside if you want a coffee break
If you need bits or a BIG shop you cant go far wrong. Also new carpark layout is much better
Just visited the Asda here, nothing else, parking was easy but it was very early, decent sized Asda
Got everything I needed and value for money
I only ever use Asda for shopping and fuel. The store is excellent with fantastic parking. Had an issue with an older male attendant at the fuel station who was quite ignorant regarding an out of action pump, but the store staff are superb.
Loads of little shops to visit while shopping at asda
Convinient for Asda and British heart foundation has good cheap second hand furniture and electrics. Not much else there.
Only visited asda this day. Great store with helpful staff.
It's a asda new self service till what don't give you backchat
Love this asda it's so friendly well laid out.
ASDA, Great Super Smashing lovely wonderful...
I went, I saw I bought. If this is what you need I suggest you do the same.
Good place to shop. Managers on the other hand need improving.
Cheap and always get what I need. Good layout of the store
Got to love asda, especially the in store bakery, the freshly baked baps are fantastic
Decent asda! Nice parking and surrounding area! Even had a petrol station
Easy to park. Supermarket was lovely and clean.
Great little cinema. The upgraded seats are the only way to watch a movie. The only thing that I don't like is the self-service food and drink. I much prefer the old school counter service! Maybe it's available at busier times? Either way it's a family favourite cinema and a great place to enjoy a popcorn friendly movie.
Very nice staff, a good place to shop.
Great place to visit good parking, fuel and plenty of small shops on parade
Only go to the Asda, Asda is Asda, sells goods, brilliant for parking. Staff lovely exp a few grumpy so and so's
Very sizeable in comparison to other Asda stores. If you can't find it here you probably won't find it ☺
Great place.for standard needs. Asda is the main shop. Loads of parking. Petrol available.
Large space car park is great
It is 24 hours opened.. Really good when everything else it is closed and you want a midnight snack. 😁
Good range of shops with new petrol station, cinema, asda supermarket and car parking has been improved.
Asda .
Easy parking, easy shopping, fast in, get what I needed, fast out.
My kind of shopping
Easy parking and good size parking spaces with door opening gaps in each space.
Like it, charity is awesome, there are always parking spaces, easy to manage a shopping with kids
Confusing car park but decent shop
The only place I can get all the snacks for my kids that they like.
Pretty decent shopping centre. Plenty of parking
All kind of shops in this centre.
Not easy for me to get to but the best Asda for clothes etc. Cockhedge is easyier but not much choice in clothes
Good Place to shopping for daily life.
I Love IKEA
Nice place,very clean
Local asda to many people at this time of year.
Shops ok Gregg's subway and card factory as well as others oh I and Asda
Brilliant now the car park is sorted... Though a one way system might have been better
My nan and grandad go shopping for something that we haven't got any left in the house and we also need petrol to fill the car up
Again lots to choose from and again its very spacious and u can get fuel at the garage there
Plenty of parking and a few little shops alongside the Asda
Went to ASDA cafe for some dinner, vary clean lovely food , helpfully staff,
Great big store and Odeon just over the way 👌
Friendly staff. Had everything I needed
There are few nice shops, a library, a petroleum station and ASDA, which is an excellent supermarket.
Plentiful parking, huge ads, and a much improved Odeon. A good place to visit.
A bit tired looking now. Only store worth going for is Asda. Always plenty of parking.
Big store, not many manned checkouts and staff not always easy to find. Reasonably good range and nice shop if you are doing a lot of browsing, with good sized (and separate) George section.
Shame the checkouts arent better and they sell if self service so much
Really convenient and find most things you need.
Used Brewsters hairdressers for my sons hair, great job !! Then popped to asda for some bread xx
One stop shop, makes life soo much easier plus good roll backs!
Excellent shopping centre with lots to choose from.
Nice large store. Was quite hard to park because lots of building work being done in that part of the estate.
Great place to shop, but wrap up because it is freezing in there.
Huge store, staff are brilliant , really helpful 😀
Car park gets full but store is good with few queues
Good selection of shops
Not a extra large but has almost everything could need
Was looking at summur dresses, had lots of nice clothes etc.
Well stocked ,clean , friendly staff.
Not bad but doesn't sell as varied a range as Leigh ASDA
Nice big Asda with fuel.
Shopping at ASDA. Good choice of most things, but the fruit goes off really quickly.
A larger Asda store, with a great selection on offer
The staff make this place the best. Jake and the crew are the best.
The new deluxe chairs make going to the cinema an amazing experience. Love it!
Shop there cafe chemist clothing always shop there
Bit dated now, but probability one of the better ones for items of clothing
Like Asda free parking.St Roccos charity shop worth a look.Asda opticians.Subway.
Excellent shopping but parking was poor.
I love Asda
That's great place!! You can get what you need there.
Dentist, doctor, library, Asda, good carpet shop, hairdressers, betting & charity shop. Free parking
Worth a visit.
Very busy on a Saturday but plenty of choice.
Main store being Asda there are a few more shops there and an Odeon cinema
Great for local shopping, staff in cafeteria not too pleasant, no understanding of the words please and thank you.
Good store
Ok prices, nice and clean. 50/50 customer service. Long wait at tills.
Free parking. there is asda 2 hairdressers. bookies. barbers.also a libray and doctors
All build in below an asda very convenient and just around the corner from Gullivers World!
Add a best shop in town ,with a few adjoining shops as well let's not forget them
Great parking new structure in store offering better services
Quick visit.
Feels like they've done anything to squeeze a shop in a small space. The car park is ridiculously small and the access is poor.
Asda is what i use heart foundation has gone a little expensive also card factory really good shop
Parking is like a maze and the layout isn't thst great
Decent parking and shops.
Free parking, big ASDA, card shop, charity and few others.
Good Centre with shop available and a cinema on site
Well stocked nice new car park layout
Really nice store lots of room .plenty of staff on hand at all times .huge range of goods.
Very nice,love fresh bred 6am
Good prices and Stock, also round the corner from work.
Only go to Azda whole row of shops needs a revamp .An eating place would be nice
Very busy at the time, but plenty of parking spaces
Big store and great range of products
Lots of road works & disruption at the moment. Asda & The Odeon are the only places worth visiting here.
Great place getting few more shops now
Not bad prices and availability good on a wide range of items.
Constantly opens late, scan and shop is good
Very good experience shop seemed well organised, very happy with the service!
Everything you need for a family shop and easy parking
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Usually have everything I need
Really good cinema friendly service
not made on this shop not the best asdas not well thought of for the planning
Great fully stocked up
Social distance maintained managed to buy all I needed.
Was alright I suppose this corona just want to see everyone's face
Odeon is nice place with free car park and good space bays
Plenty of free parking, various shops with a large ASDA places to eat
.
Typical asda
Easy to park & well stocked
Parking much better now spaces are more roomy. Slowly getting there with the variety of shops available. Need to open up the other car park though or do something with it as it's a bit of an eyesore. Better barriers to prevent unlawful parking could be a way forward.
No different than any other centre
Easy to get to various shops big asda with two floors
Asda store has great choice
Good mix of shops + Asda & petrol at a keen price....
Got all we needed staff pleasant and helpful
Large Asda in a bit of a mixed mall. The carpark layout is somewhat confusing.
ALWAYS LIKED
THE ASDA. SUPER STORES
EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GREAT SELECTION
Great layout and easy to get around
Great for your weekly shopping...
Plenty of parking but not much choice of shops
Alway have come here for long as I can remember still a great shop
Needs to bring back the blue light card offer though but still a great shop
Lots of good shopping choice we only went to Asda on this visit
Good variety of shops well worth checking out
Plenty of parking and not to busy.
Good size Asda and the improvements to the parking are fantastic.
Do some of my shopping here, card shop, subway, charity shop, chemist, optitions, petrol station and Asda store.
It's a good place to shop with everything under one roof
Shopping at Asda is not something I would class as an experience. I needed food, I bought food
Plenty of parking, big Asda - just what we needed!
Great produce Covid distancing could be better enforced
Easy parking small enough asda to pop in and out
I found the signage really confusing, and one of the pumps was out of order so had to do a massive circular to get back to a working one!
I was attending the medical centre had been sent there to make sure I didn't have covid.
First class treatment wasn't covid but better to be safe than sorry.
Great location, very nice diy carwash.
Good parking, well stocked and reasonable prices.
Fine nice sound and vision food could be better priced.
Big asda, well stocked
It's a good shopping center for your basic shopping needs.
Currenly going through renovations. Will be good when done. Clean an cosy for now
Nice store with lot of products
Lots of shops The place was buzzing with people (all following the coronavirus protocols)
Very busy but plenty of parking spaces.
It's a good basic shopping area.
The carpark is now one of best in the area now - it has been redone to allow all vehicles space either side to get in and out of vehicles
Staff are helpful when there is one available but had to wait around for 10 minutes before one was free to help me
Since the renovation parking is really easy, and looks good.
It's ok
Well laid out store with good deals.
Great store, good parking
Good shopping centre. Asda is makes this place.
Small shopping centre with Asda and Odeon cinema. Plenty of free parking.
A small store for ASDA, I always find what I want there though.
Wonderful, there is everything you need in one place
Night mare to park but otherwise ok
There is a hidden little gem called Sheila, who works in the cafe. Actual breath of fresh air. So friendly. Lovely dinner. Otherwise a typical asda, no frills, but guaranteed quality 10/10.
I am not a fan of the revised car park.
Plenty in stock, good offers, bright and clean.
Always get groceries from here, great staff.
1990s brick shopping precinct. Practical but don’t expect a sole.
Cinema here is great specially having costa coffee inside :-)
Excellent staff helpful and good range of free from goods
Good variety of shops,
After visiting Gulliver's this was just round the corner,
Decent Asda store here with good priced fuel
Better now with new car park plenty of space
Good choice with clothing upstairs .in Asda nice cafe ! Hate the self service tills always will 👎
Love the Heart Foundation charity shop. Fab selection. getting a bit pricey ?
Big verity of products.
No polish though.
Nice 10 screen cinema with costs sit down cafe.
Great shops for furniture and grosreys
Good shopping area in Warrington. Lots of shops. Asda is big.
Lots of places to spend money ha!
Nice place but needs more shops
Decent place with afew small/medium shops.
It's Asda and some other shops. Do your shopping here.
Good place for shopping. Nice stuff
Amazing place The Odeon Luxe is the best thing at Westbrook. Will be going back to the centre an amazing place
Asda is rubbish. Half empty shelves .
Best Asda in the area, kindly staff.
Brilliant
Lots of good produce. Reasonably priced.
Great experience shopping at this ASDA!
Terrible news about your family and friends having been with you for a few weeks now and having been away for a few months so far and I have been working on getting back from the UK since the last few days and I have been working on the roof of your house for the last few weeks
It's got great deals like this baroque in the first row
Big and spacious asda store
Good size asda with clothing and fuel
Large shop with a large George and home section
Queued for about 10 minutes very busy inside staff doing the best they can under the circumstances
By far and away the best Asda in the local area.
Massive square footage, recently been updated and modernised. Café upstairs has been fully renewed and is also fully reopened.
Upstairs there is also a large George clothing section with a great selection of clothing, although the ladies section is by far and away the biggest!!!
Brilliant deli section at the back of the store with a massive bakery and fresh fish section. If you need it, it will definitely be in this store!
Easily accessible and helpful staff
Great shopping centre easy parking.
Had good trip out to asda and ikea
Everything what you need
Nobody sticking to 1 way system was disappointing.
My main place for the weekly shopping, always get what I want and free parking
Love Asda. Best shop ever
Lots of parking space and, the largest ASDA supermarket in this town. Do your shopping, fill up your gas tank and grab a quick bite at the Greggs here.
Its very strange still in Covid times but the whole experience was made as simple as possible for us. On line booking, assistance at the door and in the foyer and all the sanitizing needed to feel relaxed. There were only 15 people in a cinema that happily seats 80 do there was plenty of additional space. The film was good, the popcorn was crisp, the coke was fizzy ... the experience was great!
Out on a plant hunt. Asda have a good choice . I love their seed collection for £2.
Not the best asda to visit, not a satisfactory visit to the optitions, they really looked like they couldn't be bothered, and not very knowledgeable.
Petrol £1.669 per litre. WHY is this ELEVEN PENCE PER LITRE dearer than I bought elsewhere only last Thursday? Are asda cashing in on the fuel situation?
Way better than cockhedge, this place has trollies 🥳🥳🥳
Stopped to use cafe but the menu limited due to equipment issues!
Came here after a COVID booster jab to get some shopping. I needed an A4 notebook for work, pens and screenwash. Good choice of stationery for a supermarket and a decent size.
It's our corner shop and very convenient (Asda). Never enough tills in use though.
This Asda is ok if you're just popping in for a few bits but if you're trying to do 'the big shop' it's a bit of a faff. There's a lot of staff carrying out online shopping picks using oversized trolleys and every aisle you go down seems to have any least two of them that you need to battle through.
If you're looking for kids clothes just check the size of the clothing matches the hanger label, especially on the shoes as most of them are wrong.
When it comes to the tills it seems like they don't like staffing the conventional tills as the queues are always pretty long.
Asda is our local, so we buy all our groceries there. Car parking is ok, but speeding cars are a menace! 5 mph is fast enough!
Was very busy today, should have had limited access. So many people meant no social distancing in food aisles. But had what I needed and most people wore masks correctly.
Great shopping area, with most things you will need ,.Great parking with asda petrol making it easy with it being open 24 hours ,the shops have lots of really lovely staff willing to help ,its always a comfortable pleasant shopping area to visit .and asda never fails ,due to its great stock and pleasant helpful staff .
Good. Especially asda . Bargin prices
The parking isn't great, there are too few disabled and parent spots, plus they both can be used by either. A large store but can still be busy.
He was surrounded by friendly and helpful staff. I found everything I needed and there were plenty of discount products on the shelves. I was satisfied with everything.
Some good shops here but does have gangs of youths hanging around
This store was a huge megastore and massive George extension on the first floor. The store was clean and well stocked, however the toilets didn't smell particularly pleasent.
Good selection of stores with a large Asda. Had an enjoyable coffee and bacon roll in the Asda Cafe
Mainly asda with a couple of other added shops
Parking is much easier now..
Great new parking area with bigger spaces, loads of disabled parking and electric car charger points.
Shopping is great and clothes section upstairs. Although I do think the lighting in the clothes depot is terrible, you can't see the clothes or shoes higher up without shading your eyes. The lights or racks are in the wrong place in relation to each other.
Good selection of goods, good prices with plenty of special Easter offers.
Plenty of car parking
A handful of shops and a Asda store
Staff have always been friendly and helpful on every visit.
I like the clothing area located upstairs. And everything is easy to get hold of. You have everything you need in one place and more with more shops being easy access of needed outside of Asda without going out your way to get to town centre. Covid protection is well organised and feel safe on my visits whether with whole family or by myself.
It ha a big Asda on site plenty of free parking an petrol station with car washing facilities. There is also a few other little shops on the site, opticians, chemist and a British heart charity shop, ell household goods There is a Cinema at the other end of the car park as well.
Clean and well organised. Friendly staff who look busy and happy in their work.
Prices climbing steadily.
Better looking than most asdas
That's the asda price best quality clothes food and supplies never fails to surprise me love asda
Missing many items we needed, tesco's much better selection
Quite huge Asda. They have key maker as well. Nice range of stuffs. Gonna visit again.
Good asda to have nearby. Petrol and George. As a gluten free eater, I do wish they would sort out their lack of options in the fridges and especially the freezer. It seems plant based, vegan, vegetarian is all a fad and the people who have an actual medical reason and HAVE to follow a gluten free diet have less options than people who choose to be vegan, plant based etc.
The freezer section is shocking. It's getting smaller and smaller and the vegan/vegetarian is taking over!
Staff need to be educated on where the free from Isle is as my partner asked if they had fresh gluten free sausagr rolls and they just showed them to the normal ones not realising the difference...
Come on asda get with the times abit 👍
Prices are rising, Aldi it is then
Only went to Asda today but managed to get what I needed. Total nightmare getting out though. At least 2 exits needed not just one onto a major junction. Serious action required for a centre of this size. ☹️
Came for Christmas lunch was told I couldn't buy a drink unless actually eating. Then a family came who the bar man knew and the whole party of two different families proceeded to buy drinks who were like myself were waiting to be seated for Christmas lunch. Thanks Daniel merry Christmas
Fewer and fewer staff serving. More self scan. Not good if you value human interaction and jobs for people instead of machines. Staff who are there are friendly and helpful. More staff doing jobs pls.
First time to this depot has its out of town. The food is scattered about. We only went in for cooked meat packs and was found in three different locations across the store. Was stressful with the kids. On the plus they did have a great selection but please keep the food in the same Isle unless it's promotional goods.
Large Asda store and petrol station, lots of parking also some smaller shops including Gregg's an opticians chemist and furniture a carpet shop and large charity shop with with furniture (British heart Foundation)
Great little shopping precinct with a good variety of shops.
Great choice of shops nice atmosphere.
Love the Scan & Go service especially when you scan a sale item and it comes up cheaper than marked...these fitted cotsheets were only £4! As someone hates shopping (sick of seeing everything I've just bought by the time I'm putting it away at home!) this is the next best thing to click & collect, plus you can bag your items straight off the shelf...brilliant!
Bigger Asda store at Wesbrook centre than another Asda at Cockhedge shopping park, wider range of produce, so better choice at one place. Huge free with No height restrictions wide and long bays car park, plus petrol station.
It's handy as I was on my way to see a film. Managed to find a vegan buttie 🥰, but not a toilet roll in the shop😥! Still that is not ASDA's fault, though maybe they should limit them until the current madness is under control!
Love doing my weekly shopping here.
Asda is a good place to shop, but the cafe is another thing. The coffee machine is rubbish. Takes an age. There is only one and you could be in a long cue . It's a bad way of getting a hot drink.
Again great missed it whilst closed. Lovely staff
COVID organised plenty of hand sanitisers tables wiped when vacated and track and trace info to use. Well done.
Shop here a lot as its not very far from where I live. You can always get what you want from Asda at a reasonable price. Usually going in the morning is better as you can get round quicker. I usually use the self service checkouts as quicker. I find shopping at adsa better than there online grocery shopping which I don't rate very highly as it came with no bags no paperwork and driver didn't know anything about what had been substituted when questioned over products I didn't order.
Came here to visit the large asda, asda itself was fine. Cheap and orderly, also filled up as petrol is cheap and priced xxx.7 for some strange psychological reason. Didn't visit anything else here but there's plenty of parking and it was pretty easy to get to.
Very good bigger asda erith much more variety on stuff lovely staff, great environment
Had to exchange a faulty product which I had purchased in Asda, Warrington. No longer in stock at Warrington but staff very helpful and phoned Widnes to check it was in stock. Exchanged at Widnes where staff were also very helpful. Excellent service from both Asda stores and their staff. Thank you.
A selection of shops on site including a big Asda store. Also has a petrol station and plenty of parking.
Do my weekly shop there every week. Well ordered store. They have expanded their Asian food range. You can buy now good curry spices and cassava.
I Don't think I have ever had a bad experience at this shopping centre, and I use it frequently. It's always just straight in and out again. No fuss at all. I really like how it's so conveniently across the car park from the Odeon cinema. It makes buying food before a good film really straight forward. Only wish was that is was conjoined with the cinema lol. 5 stars.
Went to Asda for an essential shop . Had to queue for twenty minutes to get in, everyone keeping a good safe distance apart. I have to congratulate Asda on their safety ethic and their stocking up of essentials. I was able to get pasta , not a lot, just a bag. I wAs able to get loo roll , one packet of nine. It will do me and mine fine. No eggs though. What is it with people and loo roll and eggs ? (Loo roll on ration in Asda ) eggs should be too. Booze wasn't thank god. Nor chocolate. In times like this, we need a treat or several . The staff were amazing and helpful. Thank you Asda for making my extraordinary shopping experience feel a little more normal. Keep safe everyone x
No pretrol station. Large parking place. Not so busy to the other Asda in Warrington with petrol station. So ready to quick to do shopping despite being in near city centre. Love those Tiger baguettes!
Got everything you need, rarely busy. Can't complain, plus they do really nice flowers
They have a brilliant free from range which is cheaper than anywhere else. I also love clothes shopping there. I think Asda is the best in both food homewares and clothes
. You are also able to visit other shops in very close vicinity.
The building work is finished and the wider spaces are much appreciated but I don't understand why they didn't make the disabled bays not exit straight onto the little internal ring road. Seems like people will get stuck in there like they used to on the bays adjacent to Cromwell avenue on the old layout.
Don't go in here if you are worried about non mask wearers, plenty of them!!
Needed a temporary fridge and washing machine, just to see us through 'til we could afford a larger item. Great service, carried them to the car. 6 months guarantee too!
Bought 2 solar lights from Asda got a look alike battery that was a dud tested it and it was just a metal tube with the same labeling as a good one. The cost to me for a new battery is not relevant but Asda are being ripped of buy suppliers.Hope this review is of use.
Asda is here. Good to go if you need stuff. Open 24hrs. Recently the outside has been getting a facelift and the petrol station has gone which was very annoying as I had little fuel and managed to get to the one at M&S (not just any fuel, it was M&S fuel) have a nice trip if you go.
I visit this store every Friday to do my weekly shop! Over the last few months I have seen a general decline within the store!! The produce department has to be the worst I've ever seen, empty boxes, out of date fruit and veg and total chaos within the department! On talking to colleagues they seem so down hearted and come across as not wanting to be there? This store used to be one of the best BUT not anymore !
Only 2 tills open at 1pm, 6 people with trolleys queuing at each. Not customer friendly today.
Quite a quiet little shopping centre
Good clean asda
Always stocked up, Nice staff workers and a massive place to get all my food and shopping
Reasonably good variety of shops, with the addition of a large cinema. A large Asda and plenty of free parking.
Good asda store but mens clothing is almost none existent
Good parking, very clean, If the shop you need is here it's perfect for you.
A shopping centre that's sadly showing it's age. The only shops worth visiting is Asda Superstore ... and the JD Gyms across the street. And that's it. The really sad thing about this place is paying for parking, even if you're less than 30 minutes (which is free in every other car park in town). Most of the time, I park for free at Tesco and walk across.
