Super little retail park with some big names in shopping all easy access disabled friendly with food outlets here as well as Petrol at Morrisons

Love this place can go to b&m and home bargains grab a coffee some food and some car food all in the same area plenty of parking. The only thing I would say is the home bargains is better at Clifton moor as in more products.

Managed to get what we needed for the garden after going to other B&M stores didn't realise at first not all of them have a garden centre, nice big store you are sure going to find something you want from here. Nice friendly and helpful staff

It's got everything for home, pets, DIY and weekly shop including fuel at Morrisons. There's just ONE electric charging point sadly, considering that EVs now make up around 18% (and rising almost exponentially) of vehicles they need to look to the future and install a few more.

Love this shop especially at christmas it has the best food and you can fill your trolly up for far less than most supermarkets its ideal for familys.

Is a really good shopping area with Morrison’s supermarket and Iceland ,Home Bargains .B&M Bargains ,A Pet shop ,Greggs and a coffee bar and lots of free car parking too, so is highly recommended as an alternative to going into the city centre with the car parking problems that go with it ..

I Love Foss Islands, it's home to B&M, Home Bargains and The Food Warehouse. They have great deals and are quite cheap which is a benefit for any student living in the area. Not to mention there is also a great Starbucks on site.

I am Very happy with Morrison's supermarket, Iceland Warehouse, Pets at Home no longer need to use as no pets, B&M Home Bargains and Waitrose I like the Foss Island carpark and really good idea for it to be in that location but just do not feel it looks good there. Very good store and always fresh products, wide variety of assortment, moderate prices, so many products that you can walk around the Morrisons store for hours and choose different products. The only pity is that the car parking is only 2 hours, so the rating is only 4 *. I was at the Morrisons store in St. Ive, there was a 3 hour parking lot and we were able to buy a lot of good clothes there because there was no rush and we could choose whatever we wanted.

You know whats there before you go, if not signage very clear. Car park is not ideal, space size is fine however it requires tight turns and can back up fast to allow for manoeuvring.

'Retail park' makes it sound like a destination. In reality, it's a car park with some chain stores around it. You can usually get parked, and there is a place where you can buy dog food in bulk. There used to be a Homebase, which was nice, but that closed down.

The parking is inadequate for the range of shops available and can be very busy, you may have to hunt for a space. Good range of shops, including (but not exhaustive) B&M, The Food Warehouse, Gregg's, Starbucks and a decent sized Morrisons. Recommended.

Small shops, but plenty of stock. Not very good for parking, only 2 or may be 3 spaces for disabled parking. Have taken 1 star off for lack of disable space and the other for ONLY 2 HOURS PARKING limit. If you wanted to go into any of the other shops, you would have run out of time.
