I was really impressed. I was given an appointment and I had a call beforehand to check it was still OK. The person I saw was very professional and I had a follow appointment included in the original price. She was also very friendly and put me at ease instantly. I would definitely use them again.

Mr Clarke is excellent. He explains everything simply, shows graphs to illustrate my hearing loss, he even allowed me to see the inside of my ears on the screen. I could not have a better experience in every respect. Linda, the Receptionist is always welcoming and helpful too.

Absolutely brilliant service from Hidden Hearing. Both my parents got aids from them and they have never looked back. Brilliant technology (that even my technophobe dad can manage!) and great service. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for hearing aids to give them a try!

Very pleasant meeting, the receptionist was helpful and provided my wife and I with a welcome cup of coffee, we then were introduced to Ian whom us guided into his very impressive office,a few minutes before the appointment time. He tested my hearing and I was most impressed with the whole procedure.. Ian explained everything very thoroughly to myself and my to wife, on completion of all the tests he asked had I understood everything to which I gave a positive reply I have, since the meeting spoken to Ian and have arranged to see him on the 22nd May with a view to having a fitting by Hidden Hearing .
