Was in for a birthday gift and the young man who helped us was very helpful. Was looking for the away strip but only home kit so was talking my email address to let me know when it would be in but as we were doing this it came in so got one for my son and myself. Thank you

Not surprisingly the club shop is all about Aberdeen, surprise. On the corner of Pittodrie Street and Golf Street, it has easy access. As with all club shops much of the merchandise is expensive, that said I got an Aberdeen top and a tee shirt for £30 thanks to some items being in a sale. Staff were helpful and friendly as I picked up my ticket for the upcoming league fixture. The picture is not directly of the shop, but a view of an entrance of the ground.

Worth a visit to spend your money on a new Dons kit or the like. Great new range from Adidas. Team in ticket office spot on with minor issues we were having with new season tickets. Sorted quickly. Can't wait for united game COYR!

I have to put 5 stars because every time I have shopped or contacted via email or phone the staff have gone above, beyond and even further in any way possible to help me. BUT, UNFORTUNATELY...... I placed an order to collect next day from the shop. When I went in to collect a friend came with and I was raving about how nice the staff are, how great they are with any query, etc. Well, I wish I'd held my tongue! There were 7 or 8 young members of staff who had no idea what I was talking about. Which was a tad confusing and worrying because they weren't stupid and it wasn't rocket science. I showed them my email of order confirmation and the second email advising it was ready to collect. After some of them chatted amongst themselves about my order the main member of staff I was speaking with and another went through the back. They came back through and told me the delivery driver hadn't yet arrived. I told them the items I had ordered were from the sale rails and there were only a few left which was the reason for me ordering them so I knew they would be there for me and not sold out. I said I would get the items from the shelves and rails myself to save them a job. I did this to be met by an adult member of staff who was completely rude. He spoke at me saying I wasn't in the likes of John Lewis or another store where you could just go in and take from the shelves if the order wasn't ready. It's in the terms and conditions you have to wait until you receive an email to say the order is ready for collection. I was that shocked all I could do was stand there. I was really embarrassed for him. My friend was disgusted with the attitude and answered back at him. I was gutted about the way they had shown themselves up to my friend, who is a Celtic supporter, and all I could do was walk out the shop ashamed. I stood outside thinking of what to do next as I had the ready for collection email but with the terrible manner in which the man spoke at me he didn't care to know I was holding it in my hand. I was about to walk away and cancel my order online when the young lad came out to let me know my order was ready. I went back in, signed for it and was about to come away when they asked me for the 5p for the carrier bag they had put my items into. Here I was, thinking they couldn't shock me any more and they asked me for 5p. At this point I just started laughing, gave them the 5p and walked out......

Good selection of clothing; both for adults and children. Branded memorabilia available also also with a good selection. Plenty staff to help out and all keen to help you find what you are looking for. As expected it is busy on match days and parking will be trickier that day also, out with match days it's much easier to negotiate your way around store. Theres a separate section for ticket sales so you are not all in one long line. ❤❤

Great selection of merchandise which we had a good browse through and ended up spending almost £100. Knocked a star off because it's very cramped but that is outwith the control of the shop staff and will hopefully be remedied when we move to our new stadium.

Great if you are a Don's fan or shopping for one as AFC stuff is not available in the high st. Nice little shop - mind you it wont be open much longer when the dreaded move to the shire will change everything ( sadly )
