Was looking for a cosy jacket for the colder mornings Black's have a big variety of outdoor wear from Adults to kids was pleasantly surprised at the price of jacket I bought which is nice and cosy and 2 hats really nice helpful staff let you browse but was on hand if you wanted to ask about the jackets

Blacks or millets both the same. Often pop in here if there's something l fancy. The staff are helpful and l think they price match ( or used too)..They used to sell Mountain equipment gear, not sure about now. They do north face berghaus etc. Used to like them for my montane gear but they don't seem to do much now..

Fantastic professional service. My husband bought a jacket last week the service was so good we returned and after an endless supply to try on and the patience of a saint ( the man that served me) I purchase one. Would definitely recommend this shop so much better to shop local than the internet.

Great prices and a fairly decent choice let down by a lack of staff. The staff they have are knowledgeable. I found a few items in their sale that were better priced buying direct but in the main they are on point with pricing.

Lots of stuff to choose from. Their own brand stuff is quite cheap and seems pretty decent quality. On the down side none of the staff was able to tell me anything but the very obvious about any of the products they sell. So you either know what you're buying or you're better off buying somewhere else, where they can actually help you. Untrained staff I'd say... No wiser than any bloke of the street.

Lovely staff an bought a few things from there, wasnt impressed with a two man tent I bought on thurs. Went camping an took tent down on sat, the brass ring came off an wasnt water water resistant. Had to dry it our at home an now try an fix the part where the poles are meant to be. It was gone!
