Great experience, had no idea what I was doing when trying to buy a console. John was helpful, gave genuine advice and made the experience fun, meaning I did end up buying more but I'm glad I did! Even popped in for an extra game and the rapport was still there! Much appreciated

As all my adult children game and my husband accasionly I usually go with them. This time I was getting my son a birthday present. The staff here are great they certainly know their products. If they don't know they look it up. All of them are friendly and helpful and will discus options if you can't find what you want. Well done all Of you

Be careful when pre-oredering, Game seems to make it cheaper online on certain games/add ons and sadly you are only able to obtain in-store credit. The store manager there was very friendly and understanding of my issue. Thankfully the issue was resolved when I contacted customer support. Shame the store manager had no power over being able to make the difference up as I was given £20 game credit which actually put game out of more money than if they allowed the store manager to just match the online price.
