An excellent store with very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased items in the sale and bought at half price. They did not have the items in stock, but ordered for me on line and arranged to have the order mailed to my home address free of charge. The order arrived two days later. I have dealt with them a lot and can thoroughly recommend them.

Good selection of seasonal clothing and equipment, didn't quite have what I wanted this time round (apparently cookers are a summer thing) That said plenty of other choice to be had with friendly attentive staff who offer help then leave you to it rather than hover round.

Standard Mountain Warehouse. Always a sale on to remind you how over priced the clothes originally were. Only 2 unisex fitting rooms. Could do with one more as always busy. Service fine, polite and efficient. Don't forget to like my review 😀

Bought a pair of walking boots here yesterday. Tried them out today. Very comfy. Friendly staff but they don't come to serve you. "No worries" is the shop motto!

Staff were super friendly and very helpful, got exactly what I needed today. Sells stuff for artic conditions at reasonable prices and has changing rooms so you can try stuff on also. Shame about the Christmas music playing in November but hey ho.

Staff had moderate knowledge of insoles however more training could be of use. This was slightly made up for in their knowledge of other areas and very reasonable prices. I would visit again.

It's a sizeable store with a good amount of stock and choice. We visited when they had their summer sale, so we bought some bargains too.

I wanted a well made daysack that was up to the job but I found poorly made products that would be lucky to last a season. Poor stitching, unreinforced bottom etc.
