Emma and Sam are such lovely people, so knowledge and happy to help. I initially went to try SUP and have been back every weekend since! The one hour lesson from Emma was fab - small group which means Emma has time to spend with each person. Having never been SUP before I was a little nervous but there was no reason to be. Emma explained everything and I left the lesson feeling confident. I've since been back on a regular basis, hiring a board from Emma & Sam - high quality equipmentand great for when you are still figuring out what you want to buy. I've introduced friends who have also loved it. This is definitely a hidden gem.

My favourite place to SUP, you can pay and play one hour for £15 which is very reasonable. Emma, the manager, is awesome and very helpful. Perfect Saturday morning with the kids...

Brog Lake is a great location for windsurfing (and SUP if that's your thing). The Club Staff are excellent and can help with tuition, hire and membership. With 220 acres of water there is plenty of space to sail no matter where the wind blows from. When not on the water it's a lovely location away from the hustle of life whist not being remote in any way.

We love Brog Lake! It's really well priced and run by super lovely, helpful people. It's perfect to learn to paddle board (they also teach wind surfing but it's never taken my fancy) and for old hands as the lake is pretty big there's plenty to explore. Tons of wildlife too so an excuse to try some paddle boarding photography too. This is my favourite place to paddle because the atmosphere is great, everyone is friendly and it's very relaxing. The entrance can be a bit tricky to find the first time but we'll worth the search (my satnav took me miles away the first time!). Worth booking ahead especially in summer as it's very popular (probably because the people who run it are so ace!).

A great place to Windsurf or SUP , with a nice crowd of helpful friendly people of all abilities. Can be sailed in most directions NE to south giving very flat water. SW to NW getting bumpy in a blow. Club managers Sam and Emma are always there to offer advice and help if required.

Simply the best place for inland windsurfing and SUPing. Brog Lake is not a sanitised "experience", here you can sail and SUP amongst nature away from the stress of real life, surrounded by people who want to help you advance in the sports.

Learnt to SUP here with the help of owners, Emma & Sam. Great people, always around to offer help & advice. The club has a super relaxed atmosphere, and is a great place to relieve the stresses of every day life. Recommend booking a board in summer as it does get busy!

Signed my 11yo up for the Junior Windsurfing Club over summer and he had a fantastic time. The teachers were attentive to his needs and he learned so much considering it's something that wasn't previously on our radar. I even had a go at paddle boarding and had so much fun. It's a lovely scenic lake and the members of staff are so relaxed.

You cant beat Brogborough lake on a warm summers day for paddle boarding. Its also the only place nearby for windsurfing, which for me is perfect. Awesome place and really friendly atmosphere.

Amazing place for paddling. Friendly managers. The only bad thing is the access to water. Very slippery and steep, but overall experience is great. Will come back :)
