I bought a curved treadmill from Tribe Active a couple of weeks ago. When I made initial enquiries I was comparing the product they were selling with another offering from another retailer. In the end I went with Tribe Active as I was very impressed with the customer service I received when discussing their product, and when I was doing my research I liked the back story behind their business. Those involved appear the have a genuine passion for what they do (see the About section of their webpage). Sam was great. He gave me sound guidance around making a decision to buy the treadmill, organising a delivery slot and kept me informed throughout the process. He even followed up a week after to see how I was getting on. The treadmill I bought is huge, and it is worth noting that the delivery driver Sam selected was brilliant. He took the item out of the crate, disassembled the plastic trim around the machine so it would not get damaged and wheeled it into the house. In short when it comes to delivery I’ve never experienced that level of care and service before. Great service, great product (curved is way better than motorised!), and I look forward to making more purchases in the future. Highly recommended!

I have had a spare room fitted out as a home gym by Tribe Active and I love it! They decorated, fitted a beautiful rubber gym floor and helped me arrange my equipment. All carpet and rubbish was cleared and the whole lot done in 2 days. I'm so happy with my decision and love 'going to the gym' in the mornings!

I was really pleased to find a company local to me that stocked workout flooring to use on the patio. Jamie and the team at Tribe invited us to visit and were extremely knowedgeble and helped us to find the correct matting to take the pressure off HITT workouts on our patio. Great quality flooring and great customer service. I would highly recommend them. If I need any other kind of gym equipment I know where to go.

Amazing, absolutely amazing!!!. It’s true, once you order from Tribe. They make you feel welcomed and part of the Tribe. Martin has been so helpful. From the beginning. The website is great and super easy to use and laid out well. The helpful training tips and motivation are great. The pop up messages giving you up to date information in the current situation are bang on point too (why don’t more companies do this) letting you know what’s going on with orders and delivery times etc. From the first moment I enquired, they have been nothing but helpful and informative. Emails initially but, This has continued once the order had been placed. Having had several calls with Martin, who answered all my concerns and questions. The helpfulness didn’t stop once they had my money!. I’ve thoroughly impressed with Tribe and their professionalism. I will certainly be using them in the future, for bumpers and more gym equipment. AMAZING customer service from the very start and including the after sales. My husband has been let down with companies advertising pre-orders to secure specific gym equipment, with a process of taken our money but not recieving the equipment on time, or not at all and wasting our time chasing these companies for an update or for a refund. Not with Tribe Active. Through their messaging service we enquired about a certain piece of equipment and we had a quick reponse back from a Jamie. He was very helpful, and was generally interested in what we wanted. His knowledge was second to none and we ended up ordering and recieving the piece of equipment within 24 hours! where other companies failed to deliver exceptional customer sevice and high spec equipment... Tribe Active delivered! and to be contacted afterwards to make sure we are happy with the product... who does this anymore? 100% recommend this company and we will be buying all our gym equipment from Tribe Active from now on. I worked with Tribe to completely refurbish the gym at our rowing club. After shopping around with other companies for a few quotes, Joel and Martin came up with a very attractive one that covered everything we needed; new floor, squat racks, barbells, plates, benches, slam balls and a custom 3m pull up bar with installation. The products we received are of the highest quality and the service was absolutely exceptional with great communication - nothing was too much trouble. They even came down to London at 6am to start work to get completed by the date we wanted! We have Olympic level athletes training here who have provided very positive feedback on lifting with the Tribe barbells and plates. We also have some existing Rogue products and to be honest, there is no difference between those and the racks that Tribe manufactured for us, despite us paying around half the price for the latter. I bought a tribe active weighted vest. It's a fantastic product.. Having retired my old vest which constantly left my shoulders in pain and was made up of small sandbags this was a breath of fresh air. The vest contains 2 5kg plates and has easily adjustable straps and doesn't leave my shoulders in pain. After completing a 5k run I feel this is a great product and would recommend it to any who is serious about crossfit or running. Seperate to the product both Martin and Joel are both fantastic lads,, kept in contact with me through the whole buying process and even took my call when abroad in Germany. Gold star!!!

I would like to give Tribe Active 5 stars for excellent customer service and high quality products. They delivered quickly despite the Covid 19 crisis. Unfortunately I needed to return an item entirely due to my own personal circumstances and they were fantastic in arranging DPD collection. The bar was slightly scuffed in transit and they still refunded me fully. Please support this great business
