Brendon is an excellent staff member really knows his stuff on what type of shoe I needed. Really took an interest on what issues I had been facing with my running and brought out a selection of shoes for me to try. Love the pair I got and can't wait to get out running in them!

I've heard alot of positive things about this store so popped in as I'm training for a race. The staff were so very helpful, knowledgeable and interested in what I was doing. We tried on a few different pairs of trainers as the assistant listened to what I was doing/planning to do so suggested highly cushioned and light trainers. It was a great shopping experience. In future I will never buy trainers online again and instead come in and see an expert and be fitted for my needs as well as my comfort!

I have just bought my third pair of trainers from Pure Running. I used to be a cyclist but switched to running. For my first pair they did a full gait analysis on their treadmill and took a video for me to see their analysis. I was so impressed with the service I have been back for two more pairs. My wife is also new to running and has had a great experience too. I have dealt with many staff and all very knowledgable and pleasant. I dealt with Michael and Jenny most recently who were both excellent. I could not recommend Pure Running more highly for any of your running needs. Five star service. Keep up the good work.

As a beginner to running and not being terribly good at it either I thought I would treat myself to some quality trainers in July 2020. The shop assistant was amazingly patient and although I ended up spending way more than I planned, the difference my shoes have made to my running is remarkable. No more sore feet or lower back pain and to top it off, after a lot of stop and starts over the years, I finally finished the c25k. So thank you and I’ll be back for replacements once you are open again.

Great wee store, excellent knowledgeable friendly & welcoming staff. 1st time purchase bought a pair of Hoka Mack 4 running shoes, shorts, cap and socks from Conal. From initial contact by phone with Conal to my visit to the store I got a friendly hello and welcome from a girl called Jenny. I dealt with Conal instore who was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You can't beat the personal touch and you certainly get this from Pure Running. Great stuff guys!! I will definitely be back well done 👍😊🏃‍♂️

I visited on Monday morning at the beginning of January. This was my first visit to a running shop since I started running few months ago so was quite apprehensive. The first lovely surprise - 2 female staff which made me feel more at ease. Kathreen who helped me choose the right shoes was really lovely - helpful, knowledgeable and patiently answering all my amateur questions! She brought several pairs of shoes to try and patiently checked the fit of each. I left the shop with new pair of Mizuno Wave Inspire 16 which I run several times since buying and are excellent fit. Plus I got new running socks from sale selection. My running got much more enjoyable since! Thank you.

This is a great shop. My wife and son and I went in there on Saturday to get running shoes for my son. The girl couldn't have been better - knowledgeable, helpful without being at all pushy, friendly and pleasant. My son was assessed on the treadmill and was given great advice. He came out with a great pair of Saucony's (we now know how to pronounce this and where the name came from!) and running socks and, surprisingly, so did I. We all came out feeling good about having visited.

I called into the shop today to get a new pair of running shoes. The staff were very helpful and after doing a gait analysis on the treadmill brought me out a number of pairs of shoes to try. I tested them on the treadmill and bought a pair of New Balance shoes. Excellent service with very knowledgeable staff.

Just finished my first run with my new Hokas and as always the best runners on the market!!the customer expierence I had today from Michael and Jenny was amazing 🙏they couldn’t do enough to ensure I got the Hokas best suited to me!!online might sometimes be easier but nothing will ever beat the personal touch and it keeps local employers and staff in business 👍👍
