N. F.In the store while visiting from Canada a few weeks ago. I always stop by when I'm back home to pick up Ulster rugby gear but remembered seeing Belfast Giants hockey jerseys on a prior visit a few years ago. I didn't see any so inquired if they had any stock. Their stock was pending with the rep scheduled to attend the store shortly. Given the short time frame of my visit, Johnny was kind enough to call the rep while i waited, confirmed they had the jersey i wanted and went beyond by going to pick it up for me. Couldn't be happier with the jersey and the exceptional customer service! Cheers.
