F. F.Amazing service today from Alan at Milllets in Union St Birmingham. I knew the boots I wanted and he quickly helped me locate the right size and helped with the fitting. He was just going off shift but made a point of handing me over to other members of staff upstairs who were also very helpful and this ensured that I had a seamless experience. They have a sale on in January with some good discounts so I will definitely be back. Great Service Alan and I hope you will be there when I visit again. :0)

J. P.Limited choice of items, no good deals on products to be had. Difficult to get the attention of staff and even harder to get any assistance. Products are of decent quality but its upto you to find a good one all on your own. A lot of the clothes won't have their price tags on which means more attempts at hailing the staff.

T. L.I love a good camping shop but always feel the customer service here let's it down. I've been in twice recently to buy walking boots both times served by different people who were equally uninterested in actually helping. The first pair of boots i bought were defective and they gave me a full refund so can't complain about that bit!
