I went to the shop today and was served by a nice lady called Katie, I haven’t been in before so didn’t know where the item I needed was. Katie managed to find me a few options and was very helpful. Likewise the gentleman at the till, I didn’t manage to get his name but he was lovely too - (glasses with brown hair) The shop is bright and lovely, staff are lovely, will definitely come here again.

Really helpful staff who just laughed and politely asked my 4 year old to remove all of the items that he had craftily put in his pocket before leaving the shop. One of the assistants spent time to give me some personal advice on camping which was super useful for my own trip.

Glad to see the store close up with clearances on the day and bargains too. Better to get in sale than buy the full price choosing coat that keeps you warm. Glad coats keep me warm well the coat chosen was like a sauna from the first 5mins walk but I recommend getting the padded down coats. I choose again definitely. 😁

I've been shopping there and in their Northfield store often. Not very happy now, been charged delivery fee to pick up my online order from their shop, then been asked to show ID even after the member of staff got my SMS tracking number and saw the text. Not impressed. They do have good quality outdoor clothing though.

Big store for outdoor wear, big sale on currently. Shop is also very cool inside, possible AC turned on max, I'm not complaining. Staff are friendly, but not many on the shop floor.

Very disappointed as alot of the use had no price tags on so had to keep on asking the assistant,then they had a display of waterproof jackets they had been in the sale the day before then put the original price back on which was very odd so they lost out on a sale

Great sales on jackets brought a rain jacket for £20 when down from £80 Fitting is smaller so have to get a size up to your normal size but fits well Great selection for all types of weathers equipment for outdoors

New shop opened at the end of 2018. Well stocked with many options of different clothing items for all the family. Mainly outdoor wear with own branding plus accessories to match. Usually some good offers on products and a lot less than the main brands in this sector.
