Brilliant service from Hannah, she was super throughout and through to buying a 2nd bike for my mum too. From people who haven't ever really cycled Hannah showed how the bike works and is great for all types of exercise from cycling to yoga, strength etc. also the warm ups and cool downs are superb, any problems Hannah is always there too (not that we've had any! but she regularly checks in!) I recommend to everyone :)

Really impressed with the whole experience. Hannah was great. She went through all of the features with no hard sell. Working from home now, this has been a life changing piece of kit. Really impressed with the Customer follow up service also. If i had room, id be coming back for a Treadmill also :).

From the moment I considered buying a peloton, Maggie and Matt at the Birmingham store were fantastic, helping me with any question, no matter how random or small. They were able to arrange trial rides, show me through the bike and the options available. They were brilliant! Even once I made the purchase, they have kept in touch, checking everything is ok. Helping me with product and apparel questions. Whenever I’m in Birmingham they make me feel welcome, taking an interest in how I’m getting on and my peloton journey. I can not recommend the Birmingham Store, and in particular Matt and Maggie highly enough! If you have any peloton questions, head their way! As for the Bike, it’s definitely more than a bike. The instructors tell you from day one, it’s a community, which is 100% true. I’ve made a group of friends who I ride with regularly, I’m part of the Push Push Crew, Hannah Frankson’s group, who are like team mates. It was definitely worth the investment!

I popped into the store a few weeks ago and met Alan. He was so patient with me and explained everything in very easy terms. He emailed me information and all different options that I had. Nothing was too much trouble. I finally made the decision that I needed this peloton and spoke with Alan. Again, he explained the process and guided me through the purchase. It was so easy. I can’t wait to have the bike and I know I’ll go straight back to Alan when I’m ready for the treadmill!! Thanks so much Alan. It’s really appreciated

Went to the Bullring store to view the Peloton bikes and get some information. Met Amir who took me through the process and test ride on the +. I was not fully on board prior to the visit but Amir gave me confidence and I went ahead with the deal. It was beneficial to visit the store and take in impartial advice. Now a happy user.

Faultless service. We got the Bike+ and Alan conveyed all the technical and financial information in a simple and friendly manner. The after-sales support is still ongoing and reassures us we weren't forgotten after splashing the cash :).

This is a review of the service rather than the bike+, which is also very good. The service received in store by Amir was exceptional, he explained about the differences with the versions of the bike and also walked us through the various promotions with Amex and by peloton to maximise the value we received. The store itself is a good way to buy the kit and try it out ahead of time.
