I gave two tennis racquets to restringing, didn't get job done on appointed day, was told will get phone call when ready, waited 2 weeks for it to happen, it didn't. Popped in, they were ready. At home noticed that horizontal strings run curved, watched 2 videos on YT: in one guy says strings always need a bit of final touch after leaving machine, on other guy showed it was tip-top right from machine. Only thing that my racquets didn't have any parameters printed on them. Was that good service or not in these circumstances?
