M. J.Lovely young lady on the till came to help us reach some items but the queue soon built up and a man came to send her back to the till, he didn't stop to help just went back downstairs. Young lady 10 out of 10, as usual in sports direct she is underpaid and over worked.
J. P.Saturday 4.30 ish no one on upstairs till asked someone tidying clothing said he would get someone over waited a good five minutes before someone appeared they were more interested in opening the fitting rooms for another customer
Why couldn't the first person just leave clothes tidying for a few minutes to serve me !!!!!
