Have been meaning to leave a review since Christmas, just wanted to flag up the excellent service we received from your manager Jack. He was up beat, friendly and made a time consuming Christmas shop a pleasurable experience, especially for my husband who detests shopping. Also, post Christmas when we came in for an exchange/return (have to say didn't recognise him as he had a beanie hat on), also gave a seamless service on both counts. Senior management take note of your staff when praised, it is rare to find in shops, especially 'chain shops'.

I like JD Sports and I don't like JD Sports I like them because they do use recycled polyester for their clothes but I don't like them because there was still a lot of plastic being wasted excess plastic being wasted with coat hangers and plastic bags that have been given away left right and centre however they do a very wide range of clothing and sportswear which I'm pretty sure you will agree is top quality clobber

Two reasons I would give this four stars: 1) because it doesn't have any student discount. (shoes are kind of costly if you are a student 😜). 2) I wish there were more basketball shoes on display. The site offers them, but we can't see them in the shop. But otherwise this place is packed and ensures happy customers.

Excellent service from JD Bournemouth. Friendly and knowledgeable sales assistants,, girl at the front of the store today,, very friendly and helpful. Good selection of Puma gear. Came away with a great sale pair of trainers. Perfect!!

Great JD shop with a huge range of sports brands. Good number of staff too on hand that are very helpful. Prices range from low to high depending what your looking for. They have a good selection of trainers. Didn't give it a 5 star as it's very cramped in here and maybe difficult for disabled people to get around specially if in a wheel chair.

Picked up some really nice clothing from here and customer services great they would always willing to help you out they may not have everything in stock if they had every size of shoe in stock it would be a 5-star rating but overall really good shop to shop at

Have been using J the sports and sports direct for a few years now and the difference in quality is blatant as to CJ the sport of so much better-known as a bit more expensive but worth it in the long run of took a few pictures as the show the prices in good stuff it's on sale in JD sports the staff of very polite more manners very diverse and Bournemouth which is good to see the manager looked like she was under a lot worse stress that that's the name of the game as she carried it Welsh control it very good and was very polite in dealing with a couple of difficult situations so think very much guys good luck and I hope the

Nice selection of clothes and shoes, much better choice than the Castlepoint store. Slightly disappointed that they tried claiming a display pair of shoes had only been put out that day yet they looked used. As these were the only pair left I decided to go elsewhere but wouldn't stop me shopping in there again.
