Very good customer service. I visited the shop on Bank Holiday Monday (couple of days ago) and both Danny and Howard provided a first class service. My need was to p/ex a PCP air rifle for a conventional break-barrel springer. Howard took the lead in looking after me but both gentlemen proved to be very well informed and very helpful. I felt that I got good, honest and unbiased advice and would be more than happy to recommend this retailer. Thank you guys - a great service! :-)

Lovely experience. The store has a nicely wide variety of firearms to choose from and the staff were very keen to help and provided fantastic service. There was no attempt to try and up-sell anything other than what i asked for which demonstrates that they are simply interested only in customer satisfaction. I will definitely come here again soon.

I remember popping into this shop with my mother when i was 11 years old, to purchase my first 'BB' pistol. 12 years later, i wanted to take up shooting again. Popped into C&H, greeted by the fantastic, knowledgeable staff & walked away with my nice new air pistol. I'll be back!

Nice shop, fair good selection on airguns and shotguns, shop is well presented. BUT I must say that most of the staff are friendly and helpful EXCEPT for one man who doesn't seem very helpful at all or even care that i was interested in looking for help. I am looking to have an air rifle customized so I went in and asked for some advice and maybe a referral to someone that could help if they couldn't and got nothing! Very disappointed as I live in Brighton and very close. So I WILL be taking my business elsewhere!

Buy with confidence from this shop. The staff are very knowledgable and incredibly helpful. I brought a secondhand BSA Ultra from them with a 3 month guarantee that unfortunately developed a fault. Mark arranged for my rifle to receive a full BSA service to cure the problem at no cost to me. A problem with my RFD meant that the rifle didn't get sent on to receive its service and was only highlighted 7 weeks after... Mark arranged for a brand new Ultra to replace mine and apologised for the inconvenience caused. WHAT A TOP MAN.... WHAT A TOP SHOP. THANK YOU.

Well established shop selling firearms, clothing and accessories. Easy access. As with most of central Brighton 'where to park' is not easy. Park 'out' and walk/ taxi/bus in.
