We spent a large sum of money on some trainers, and the guy at the till was unfortunately very rude and quite literally LAUNCHED the box at us. We didn't cause a fuss and assumed he was having a bad day. Just wanted to note that outside of this cashier and the chap in charge of the shoe side of shop, the rest of the staff have been superb!

Wonderful service! They were very busy but the young man was fantastic. He was very attentive despite having other customers and ensured I was happy. It's a shame I didn't ask for his name so I could mention it and he could receive the praise he deserves. If you need all black vans hi-tops in junior, definitely use this store!

Most of the staff here are very helpful and we always get great deals when the trainers are on sale. Some time JD works out cheaper than the other sports retails in town. I've purchased trainers here that are more expensive over at Sports Direct.

I know they are moving into a new store but the staff certainly need to be reminded they are there to help and serve customers not stand around talking and absolutely ignoring customers. Stood at checkout to pay and girl behind desk on phone, to someone in store, completely ignoring me. Even if she said I'll just be a minute would have been helpful. Eventually someone else came along and served me. Not professional or good. Hope they improve in the new store, there is other choices.

It's a nice shop. I had an issue once with a pair of shoes, they offered me to change it or get a refund. Other than that one time everything is fine. I just wish they had more style of sneakers.

Went here with my granddaughter who purchased a pair of Nike Trainers in the sale. Staff were very helpful and she's very happy with her purchase. We heard an employee at the till tell a customer that they weren't taking returns today. I'm sure this will leave some very unhappy customers, but there must be a reason for their policy.

Good prices but display shoes looks like taken off homeless person feet. Dirty and stinky. Staff in shop is too busy pouting and checking themselves in mirror, so they won't help too much. Definitely new customer service would do miracles.

I like the new location of the JD Sports at Churchill Square Shopping Centre in Brighton and it’s almost twice as busy as going to Primark. Giving it 5 stars and a solid 8.5 out of 10.

Been there a month ago. Place is very busy during the weekends, staff is helpful. The upper level has the trainers. I hate going there, because there is no airconditioning, no windows and it's so hot I have the feeling i wanna pass out. I try not to spend there more than 10 mins, because its just unbearable.
