H. W.I actually visited The Pole Emporium on 31st August (visit by appointment only). Colleen was extremely nice & very helpful. I would highly recommend and I will be buying from here again. She has a massive range of stock.
Always speak to Colleen about your size if you are not sure, I am usually an 8/10 which makes me an "S" when you look at the sizing chart on the website, but when visiting, Colleen advised me that the fabrics are quite stretchy (the items I bought were) so i actually came out as size "XS".
A. S.I ordered pole clothing at Pole Emporium in February.
Unfortunately my order got lost on the way.
I contacted Colleen and he acted absolutely fantastic. First trying to find my order where it got lost, he ran into a lot of troubles due to the Covid19-pandemic.
Although the situation was super difficult, he updated me every week to let me know each step. He really tried everything and finally my clothes arrived :-)
They fit just perfect and the quality is great! I will definetly order again.

J. T.I ordered 3 sets from pole emporium, all arrived very quickly and in nice packaging. All 3 sets were gorgeous but had to send one set back due to me ordering the incorrect size. The returns process is simple and easy. I was impressed with the service, and when i had a query, my email was responded to within minutes!
