Large store over 2 floors. Has everything you'd need. Good deals on hats when I visited last. Good pricing as you'd expect from here. Well located in the centre of Brighton in easy walking distance from the NCP car park which will probably cost more than the bill from your shopping!

The young guy on football boots was amazing he was so lovely this was very unusual for me to have a good experience in this shop. The other young man was helpful too as we couldn't reach the shirts he was more than happy to help. Overall was really pleased in a shop I usually hate

Short, sweet and done and dusted in 5 mins. Good to get some really helpful staff in a Sportdirect, the one in Ealing was always lacking in this department. Great value, too. For kids football boots, etc, ideal.

I have not always been a great fan of Sports Direct especially because of their well-publicised employment practices. However, yesterday I bought two pair of shoes and the guy who was working downstairs with the training shoes was extremely helpful and efficient. I was also helped upstairs in the running department by a very helpful woman. My impression of Sports Direct has improved considerably.

Staff as helpful as ever, managed to get what i came for at the usual fair price. With the changing rooms closed i hope that i'll be able to get a refund on one of the items, without the usual 'credit note' nonsense!

I visited sports direct today to buy some new running trainers. The woman who helped me was absolutely superb I think her name was Joanne (she is the store manager) she was efficient, friendly and most importantly sold me a great pair of trainers. I have never had great service in this shop before but she has changed my opinion of sports direct. Get that girl a payrise. She deserves it 😁

i was in the store and i asked a lovely gentleman (miguel i think) to help, i have allways had problems with my feet hurting in running shoes, but no more with his amazing recomendation. ive even knocked 3 mins off my 5km record time. i will be returning and i hope hes there when i do

I think when you look in you pretty much know what it's going to be like inside. Pros: It's big, has a lot of stuff and a lot of it is pretty cheap. Cons: the staff, while not unhelpful, often just don't really know their way round the store. I think there is probably a lot of staff turnover here. The level of knowledge on products is also quite variable.

The customer service had improved on my last visit. Two floors of sports clothes and equipment. Unfortunately, a lot of the stock is high up and you have to find someone to serve you as they need a giant pole to get an item down for you to look at. Can feel like a warehouse due to the piles on stock on the shop floor. Large range of trainers and some boxes/ brands on offer. Sports equipment tends to be upstairs.

I wouldn't usually rate a Sports Direct but these guy literally saved my bacon. My shoes had totally fallen apart and I was due to go on holiday the next day. I searched everywhere for size 12 vans (or any shoes that were vaguely similar) and I had absolutely no luck. Sports Direct had EVERYTHING I needed in all sizes and miles cheaper than the other stores (including the Vans store).

Staff were amazing, They were so patient, they gave me info on this shoe and info on that shoe which helped me make an informed disision. It was a huge place for a street store but the prices were only a tad to high, although they had great discounts to make up for it My only problem is that I am 10 and I was in men's shoe size and it costed way more than junior boys/girls. I know you have to do that at some point because know everything depends on money, thank you thatcher

The staff at Sport Direct Brighton are very friendly. The shop was supposed to close at 8pm on one occasion. I had purchased a snorkelling set with size7 flippers by mistake (my shoe size is 9). So I went back to the shop, the time was 7:58 by then. It was very kind and courteous of one of the members of staff (Jose if I remember correctly) to replace it within one minute. I was very happy that I got the exact snorkeling set that I wanted. I was treated respectfully and was catered too extremely well even though the shop was going to close in about 2 minutes.

Staff is really friendly, I would say that at some situations the customer service worsen a little bit but this is obviously due the great amount of customers they receive. People say that workers are 'rude' with them, but mate, you probably are the 8th person that is asking that guy at the same time. Give this hard workers a chance!

Products ordered were good quality but I paid for next day delivery I received both email and text stating my order would be delivered between 1400 and 1800 It didn't arrive I received an email stating my ordered had been left in a safe place at 2045 I was in No card left Tried to contact Hermes but no number on site Tried to contact sports direct but no one answered Today I received an email saying my order is delayed , allow up to 24 hours My order just arrived A day late No apology from courier No explanation either Still trying to contact sports direct but call just rings for 1 minute and they hang up Terrible customer service Shame really I won't be using again

Nice shop, large variety of sports equipment for reasonable price, however when calling them you don't get an answer. Many staff are foreign so it can be hard to communicate, but aside from that I would rate Sports Direct Brighton Branch a solid 7.5/10.
