I would like to say a big thanks to the team for the welcome and the beverage when I visited the store on 31 July 22 much appreciated was hot !! but mainly for repairing my Stingray bag the next day held up till the end of my trip from Switzerland to Northern Ireland great job . Merci .
D. W.I'm a big fan of Alpkit so when I happened to be near one of their stores I couldn't resist to stop in.
The building is an old bank, huge ceiling and ornate decor. In itself pretty cool.
The team I spoke with were delightful. Really keen to talk and share opinions of the items I was looking at. For me, it was good to see many of the items I've only browsed on the website, the bike accessories specifically.
I seemed to lose quite a bit of time looking at everything. No space is left empty so the more you look the more things you find.
T. S.Ordered a Sonder bike from here and was very happy with the experience. Being able to try out a bike before purchasing is really important and the team at Alpkit Bristol were friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend the shop and Sonder bikes.
F. G.I had some problems with mora hammock. They manage to have to exchange for free for the day of my passage. And a free cold drink on top of that. The shop was wonderful, i definitely regret to not have had somztimes to spent in ot as i ws at only 17:20 pm at the front.. thanks alpkit!!

M. D.First time in the Bristol store, and to be honest any. I've always bought via thier Web site. As for products, great. As for the store fantastic set up. Great to see bike packing also in an outdoor shop. I have many Alpkit products but my only criticism is this. You make a few items yourselves (made in Britain) fantastic. Please expand uk made range to more clothing. I would pay more for british made.
