I purchased a set of 25kg Hex dumbells from UKSF and the team went the extra mile. Unfortunately DPD lost my order and tried to blame the Vendor however Rob and Dave at UKSF grabbed another set and drove them over 40 miles to me within 24 hours of finding this issue out. Top guys and appreciate the effort!

Following a recommendation from a local gym about the quality of UKSF equipment, I have bought a few things from them over the last year in order to train myself and my clients effectively throughout the various lockdowns and uncertainties. I've been really impressed by the kit and the service - the website is clear and easy to use, lead times have been accurate and regularly updated and deliveries have been really fast. The equipment I've bought has been great value for money and lovely quality. UKSF has become the first place I look when I need to buy new kit because I know that I'll get great quality kit at a very reasonable price and that it'll arrive quickly.

Excellent service and products. I've ordered kettlebells from UKSF a couple of times during lockdown and the service has been excellent both times. The first time I ordered three kettlebells, two arrived within a couple of days but the third one was lost by the courier. The staff at UKSF were really friendly and helpful and a replacement one was sent out straight away. The second time the kettlebells were ordered on a Monday and arrived on the Thursday, brilliant service given the current circumstances. The kettlebells themselves are great, solid and smooth finish, reasonably priced compared to a lot of other sellers and good stock availability. Would defintely recommend and buy from UKSF again!

UPDATE - My issue has now been resolved. Appears that as a predominately B2B supplier they have struggled with the volume of small consumer orders. Much like everyone else I ordered a barbell in the middle of May, have received a TNT notice and been told that my order would be with me soon. As yet I am without the barbell. Emails have been ignored and phone does not pick up. Everyone understands we are not in normal times but sadly this has now tipped beyond acceptable. I ordered a replacement set from another provider and this was delivered as they said they would. I would hold off ordering until they have addressed their backlog or their order management platform.

Ordered my 120kg bar and bumper package on pre order and then started to get worried after reading some of the reviews on here that I might never get the weights. They did turn up late but with everything going on in the world that's not a problem. I've seen people have had trouble getting updates from emails and phone calls but for me, every emailed I sent got a reply and every time I rang someone picked up straight away. Quality of the bar and plates is brilliant for the price aswell. Only reason for 4 not 5 starts is because it was slightly late. Would use this company again without hesitation. James c

Considering no one else in the UK has stock or is selling gym equipment I feel some people don't really appreciate what is going on in the world. Yes my products were a few days late..... But at least I could order them! As a front line worker I totally understand how busy and chaotic logistics are at the moment. Keep up the good work guys. 99% of people understand that delays are going to happen during this time. Would be nice to have a little more communications so that's why I gave you 4 stars

I ordered a squat rack and flat bench from UK Supreme Fitness on the 19th October. It was delivered on the 21st. Unfortunately the Bench had a tear in the fabric, at appears to have been caused in the shipping process. I contacted the UKSF team and they quickly resolved the issue by shipping a new bench top the next day. The items I ordered are of great quality and I am very happy with my purchase and the UKSF team.

My product was delivered in a timely manner considering the times we are in, well packaged which reduced the risk of the products being damaged. The bands them selves very high quality and feel like they will last a long time. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting anything gym related!!

Ordered a 120kg plate and bar package for pre order on the 2nd July. It arrived within the 10 days shipping time due to covid delays. The quality is perfect and about half the price I've seen anywhere else! Generally happy I've been able to get hold of equipment because 90% of places are sold out and not even responding to emails. Very good service! I order for 1 paar of 20 kg kettlebells and another paar of 4 kg. A day before receiving my order they called me telling me that at the end there were no 20 kg kettlebells left and that they would reward me with a change of a 24 kg paar without extra payment, I did not expect it for this service, very nicely of them. i experienced great customer service while company staff was very busy. Got my barbell and some unexpected extras for cheap(second hand rubber flooring tiles). Cronos 3.0 20kg 7ft olympic barbell is amazing value with all this specs im so impressed. Best i found on the market.

Update: I receive a very apologetic call. While it's been super frustrating, a call always helps ease things. Thank you team for your response. No communication on their severe delays. A barbel turned up but not the rest of the pack. Pre ordered for end of May. Emailed 1st July and 9 days later, still no update. I'm still waiting.
