Whenever I visit Blacks, the staff were always so kind and helpful. They have good knowledge about the products and gives good advice. The variety of products are pretty good, and you can catch some good discounts for high quality products.

Good shop, nice people. Rubbish stock. I bought Merrell Gore-tex 100%waterproof shoes. £106, so not cheap shoes. And they leak in the rain, through the top. So a nice shop with nice people, but the products they sell are not always any good. I'm disgusted with these Merrells

Sorry my review is a bit late but l came into the store on the 18/9 too exchange brasher boots which I bought online unfortunately I got the wrong size so wanting to change them, so dealt with Ruth who was excellent unfortunately l bought them with kalna so she couldn't exchange them at the shop, but she did send them back for me and nothing was to much trouble so waiting to get my money back l will be going back to the store to purchase them from Ruth. Thanks

Had a good discount on kuhl jacket bought here.Guy standing at front of shop I assume to stop shoplifters didn`t have much of a clue,I asked him about some well known outdoor brands ,he said something like "If we`ve got it its on the racks",Other staff were a bit more helpful tho.

Having visited most Cardiff Stores for a Waist Wallet Having visited most stores in Cardiff for a waist wallet and to no avail I called in Blacks in Cardiff Bay at first there were no waist wallets in the store but the Assistant did not give up and said he'd look in the rear of the warehouse . And yes he did locate with what exactly I needed a "Technicals" Waist Wallet I take my hat off for the extra effort that Assistant Jonathan Williams made . This is not the first time that the Blacks Store have been able to come up with specialised equipment. A Big thankyou--These are the kind of Staff that Stores need to give Service to their Customers.
