Personally I love their clothes. I do a lot of walking and looking good and comfort are important without breaking the bank . I just bought 3 coats and they were all on sale and all 3 are fabulously warm . The service is good and if they do not have my size they will locate from another store.

One of the first things you may notice when you walk in here, is the price tag. Do not let this discourage you. It may be expensive here but you will be purchasing great quality products. Previously when I've shopped here, I look on the website for products i like the look of and then come in store to check them out. One quality of this is that the stock always seems to match the website which doesn't seem to be the case with other stores. My most recent purchase was for a stylish yet effective winter coat/ski jacket. This winter so far has been very cold, consistent wind chill and a lot of rain but I have been yet to be affected by it. Very pleased the quality of the products here and the customer service.

I always find Mountain Warehouse to be good vfm. The staff in Cardiff are friendly, and the store had exactly what I needed. I was buying a head torch and was dubious about the one I got, as it was a bit cheap! Seems good though.

The man named Olly was tremendously helpful in helping me find the right sized shoe as I was unable to move very much due to a back brace. Even after searching the store and not finding a pair, he pointed me towards where I could buy the shoes with the right size. If only we could have more Ollys across the retail business.
