I was after a pair of hockey skates and was looking on this website. Very competitively priced So was interested in ordering a pair. Rang the shop to ask if they would come Sharpened (which as expected they did not) but was told I could purchase the sharpening for a very reasonable £5 online with my skate purchase. Which is exactly what I did. The website was helpful in pointing out that for the skates I was looking at the sizing is generous so I dropped a size and they fit perfectly. The reason I’m SO impressed is that this order including the sharpening was then fulfilled the same day that I placed the order. And the skates arrive THE NEXT DAY at my door. I can’t believe it. The service was absolutely impeccable. I couldn’t recommend this shop enough. Thank you so much and please keep up the good work.

Perfect! After trying to support my local town's skate shop, who didn't have the discontinued white Razor Cult Coppers in stock in my size, Proline were one of the only shops that had some in stock. They even had a discount code on the home page, so I got them for less than anywhere else. Free delivery was next day too! Thanks guys.

Bought some new ice hockey skates at the start of the week, after a session on the ice and not feeling they are right I gave them a call and was advised to go back into the store - went back in where it was determined the skates where a size too big! Store staff happily took the previous skates back although used, and replaced them with the correct size. Honestly despite the first mistake it was corrected with no quarrel which is excellent customer service .

A brilliant shop with fantastically knowledgeable staff. Great value for all budgets and skill levels. I've spent thousands of pounds with this company over several decades and can't fault the customer service when needed. Handy location for parking, but have to make a special trip as out of town. Friendly and helpful, with a small but well stocked show room. Price was fair.

A very assorted and dedicated shop with very friendly staff members! :) Happy to support this retail and can't wait to visit their shop someday after Rona. An item from my order wasn't available anymore and so they called me to provide me with some options! Shipping was fast and the return for another item was no problem at all.

Came here last Saturday (4th September 2021) to buy our first set of ice skates (Myself and my partner) We were thrilled with the level of service and knowledge provided by the gent who served us. We both walked out with a nice pair of hockey skates. No upselling, no messing around and reconmended what we needed for our skate level. He was able to sharpen the skates for us there and then so we could use them for our public session at the ice arena in the afternoon. Good range overall of, ice skates, inline skates, 4 wheel skates, long boards, scooters and more. Excellenent service, and an excellent attitude will be visiting again in the future if we need to.
