Went into the shop just to browse but nearly ended up buying a coat as the service amazing. The guy had excellent knowledge of gortex materials etc. Although I didn't buy it today as needed more time to think to make the right decision, I will definitely be returning in the next couple weeks to purchase one once decided.

Visited North Face to buy a coat as a Christmas present. Excellent service and staff made every effort to find the specific type of coat we were looking for. Their prices are very expensive with many coats costing on average £200 plus. They eventually found one that was exactly the type we were looking for costing £210. We then went on line and checked with Amazon who had the same coat with only a slightly different spec for £130. We asked if they could price match but was told Amazon was one of the companies they did not but would refer to her manager who agreed to reduce the price to £150 a saving of £60. Now that's what I call great customer service.

Wonderful customer service at this north face store. They were able to deal with my warranty and they were very helpful. Didn’t get the guys name who helped me out, but on the receipt it says 703135 for the sale person! Thanks again, much appreciated!!!:)

I walked in to find the staff standing in a circle talking to then rush over to me tell me all about there deals and everything in the store and where they can be located and they were really nice but when I looked on the price tag for a running top I was in shock, But I could tell they haden't had any shoppers in a while and they were very desprate.
