I received great service from this shop. My daughter (17) and I were both fitted for white figure skates. The advice we received was extremely professional, good advice and we both went away happy with our new ice skates and accessories. Nothing was too much trouble and made it all a really positive experience.

Great website,cheapest I found too and I've never had a boot sharpened so well in my 25 years of skating. My only slight grumble is that shipping was a few days longer than advertised but I wasn't in a mad rush to get the skates. I'm a very happy customer.

As another supplier had let me down I called these guys to get an idea of whether they had the same items in stock. First, the negative. I am quite shocked that they do not keep their website stock up to date and must have to quite regularly let customers down when they place an order assured that the stock due to the website. Loads of inline products were listed as in stock online however I was told on the phone were not.... I would have given 2 stars for this, however Ashley who I spoke to on the phone was extremely understanding, and gave me a good half an hour of his time helping me find other items I needed that they did actually have in stock. This included emailing me photos and actually assembling set ups to see how they looked then emailing me photos. He then offered to build my skates for me as I had ordered a whole set up. Maybe this is normal, but I did not expect this and I really appreciated the gesture, saving me time for my skate session when they arrived! They then arrived next day with DPD, despite I opted for their cheapest option of Royal Mail. Extremely happy about that as DPD give a delivery window. I hope they sort out the stock issues as I will happily recommend buying from Demon, just be sure to call ahead if you are in a hurry to get your new prized possessions as you could be heartbroken by the websites stock levels. I've been going to Demon Xtreme Sports in Colchester for quite a few years, and I for one rate them above all other skate shops I've been to. Not only do they carry a better grade of stock for us inliners than most other physical stores, but their staff actually know what they're talking about! Well worth the 60-90 minute drive from where I live :)
