I gave Kiln saddlery a difficult job of repairing my motorcycle saddle bag, they repaired it and only charged me £6.50. The staff I delt with were most helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to all.

I have been using the kiln for years on and off and they have never let me down, I have never found the ladies to be anything other than polite and professional so I was shocked to see a negative review, if the gentleman feels that the ladies are rude perhaps he should consider how he speaks to people himself because that is the only reason I can imagine the ladies would be rude to anybody.
