A few months ago I purchased a second hand 7ft American pool table from Sam Leisure. It was a bargain considering they would deliver, install and re-cloth the table all in a morning's work. The installers arrived promptly at the agreed time, and made sure I was happy with where the table was positioned and were very professional. I could not believe how good the table looked, and it plays equally as good. A set of American balls, a box of chalk, 2 cues and 2 racks were also supplied, which was a great touch. I can not recommend this business highly enough, and will be going straight whenever I need anything. Thankyou again.

Ordered a couple of Taom Chalk's but sadly they were let down by the Royal Mail postal strike, and then the items went missing. Contacted them and agreed the deadline date for delivery, once that had passed they shipped out the replacements no questions asked. First class service, definitely deal with these guys again. Really great business. Fantastic, high-quality pool queues and tables. Have a large range available as well. Ideal for both individuals and for having a few tables in a business. Their customer service is great as well, I had an issue with a queue that they fixed with no problem which I'm really grateful for. Highly recommended.

Top quality games tables, cues inside. You get what you pay for but I knew that before I went. I'm looking for my own pool cue with and outstanding handle that says it's mine. Not a large unit inside, easy acces, clean, tidy and welcming. Nice talking to the the person inside who is not pushy, very knowledgeable and will be returning in july.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish! Had a phone call with Gary who helped me understand what I was after and arranged for me to have a pool table delivered in time for xmas even while they were super busy. Ollie did a brilliant job in refurbishing the table and I'm glad I didn't buy brand new. Paul and his collegue that installed it for me were very professional throughout and did an amazing job getting everything perfect. I would highly recommend SAM to anyone! World Class Service and Products! I've been operating these tables for over 15 years. They're the best,as the customers love them. They never break down apart when battery needs changing which is once every year. Always get great service from the company,as no reason not to look after you,as if your treating customers well they'll keep coming back year after year like myself. Keep up the good work.

Bought a reconditioned pool table from Sam Leisure after being let down by another large home leisure company. Brilliant from start to finish, had the table within 2 weeks from purchasing and kept updated throughout. New cloth and cushions are good after playing for a couple of weeks. Delivered and set up in couple of hours and even threw in some extra cues. Decent set of lads
