Poor service or at least advice. I made £50 of purchases and wanted to book a stadium tour for my grandson to take after Christmas, the store assistant said that tours were booked at main reception so we went around to there, the receptionist told us we needed the ticket office do we walked back to there, the chap there informed us that all the tours for this year were full, fine, I want one for after Christmas, the first one is on 5/1/20 and other dates after but you can't book that at ticket office you need to go on line. Poor service.

Always served by friendly staff who are happy to help if asked. They won't pester you whilst in there. Been refurbed over the past couple of years and is decent inside. Just wish the prices were lower but that's modern football for you.

Emailed the store about a mail order problem, fantastic service the manager Mandy was so helpful and sorted out my exchange within a few hours and when i went in I got a chocolate advent gift for my inconvenience which was such a lovely gesture and i was not expecting but my nephew will be so pleased about, Thank you
