I needed to get a raincoat for my little boy for school and was getting desperate as it was late in the day. After visiting another shop that had nothing the right size we visited Mountain Warehouse and immediately found what we were looking for. The staff were helpful and I left happy after a successful shopping experience. Thank you.

Went in wanting hiking boots...... Cameron was amazing!!....very helpful...very knowledgable!! even price matched some better quality boots + discount too!! ..... Couldn't praise Cameron enough!! He ordered them online for me to be delivered to my home address!! ...... Mountain warehouse have some amazing staff!! Amazing service by Aaron. Aaron made a refund so easy, I returned a pair of boots which he offered a refund or another pair of boots at twice the price. I took the offer of boots. My wife also then bought a pair for herself. Great service very friendly a huge asset to mountain warehouse Andy Vincent

Apparently Closing Down...but prices, although apparently reduced, were still not that cheap. Two staff, neither interested in finding out if we required help; just occupied with stock...and it wasn't even busy. In fact, I think we were the only two people in there!

I was in Derby looking for a warm coat. They didn't have one my size. I asked if Ashbourne had one. The man immediately phoned Ashbourne and got one put to one side. Within the hour I was trying the coat on. Brilliant. I will always use Mountain Warehouse. They stock good quality at great prices. The staff are all very helpful and kind. My only problem is I always want more than I went in for in the first place. :)
