I love this shop and we are so lucky to have it here in Derby. Its really easy to get to; has a decent amount of parking on site and is well stocked. However, the best bit is the lovely staff. They are super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I popped down yesterday to pick up some bearing oil for my skates as I wanted to give them a decent clean up and lubricate the wheels. I'm pretty new to skating so this was my first time attempting some basic maintenance. The guy in store (without me even needing to ask) offered to show me how to do this and answered numerous other questions I then had about taking care of my skates. I left feeling much more confident in what I am doing and now have a lovely clean, and smooth pair of skates again. Very happy customer. Its this kind of quality customer service that will keep me coming back ☺️

Bought a scooter from here last week, my son loved riding his scooter around their skate park, both indoor and outside. Staff great, very friendly and helpful. Hadn't ordered from Rollersnakes in many years, however after Christmas last year I decided I wanted to start wearing skate trainers again.. so I went online and checked Rollersnakes out, as I remember having ordered from them years ago. I ordered 3 pairs of DC trainers over about a month, and all arrived promptly. Unfortunately one pair had to go back due to a defect, however the staff were more than helpful and the refund was processed quickly too. Would definitely be my first stop for anything skate related :)

Shop and staff are awesome, I've grown up skating since the mid nineties and got my first G&S Board in 95 from the Nottingham store, brings back good memories. Been using Snakes since, there prices, stock, staff and expertise are first class! The ramps and street setup you have now in Derby is a big bonus too. Don't hesitate to use these guys you won't regret it.

First impressions, this place looks and feels amazing. Service felt slow, but when somebody gets to you, you know why. Time is taken and they're happy to let you try things on and take your time. Be patient. Facilities are excellent. The vibe is brilliant and there's a strong sense of community the second you walk into the yard/skatepark. I got myself some aggressive skates and I'm chuffed. I just need to learn how to use them properly now! I'll definitely be back for more ramp sessions and getting to know like-minded people. Congratulations on a great place to be!

went here for the first time today and it's gotta be the best clothes/skate shop i've been to. •the atmosphere's really chill, nobody's rushing around trying to get stuff. •the staff are very kind and can have a laugh with you while treating you as a customer at the same time. •they help out with whatever you need in the shop. •really nice clothes/display of decks! some really good sales too. if you're into skating/wanna get started, go here. as soon as you get your board you can ride around at the outdoor skatepark they've got. i'm definitely gonna come back when it gets warmer n have a go out there. 10/10. probably one of the best shops i've been to in derby

On my latest order, an item was out of stock so I was contacted regarding alternatives, I chose my alternative but received another email to say that was also out of stock. I understand this isn't the fault of Rollersnakes at all and the customer service was great. I chose another item which was a little more expensive but I wasn't charged extra for this and my order was sent for next day delivery. I use Rollersnakes all the time and have never had issues before, until today. The order is dispatched quickly and the items are always top quality! I ordered a pair of Vans skate shoes a couple of months ago from rollersnakes. After a couple of months I had an issue with one of the shoes, this was the fault of Vans and not rollersnakes. I sent an email to rollersnakes requesting a replacement pair, within 10 minutes I had a reply back from Ellie asking for further information, within 2 hours Ellie had organised for a replacement pair which will be delivered in the next couple of days. This has to be the best customer service I have ever had!

I have ordered from Rollersnakes since I was 11 years old, I'm 34 now. Always reliable, always a pleasure to deal with and a part of my childhood. Back when they had a single page double sided A4 leaflet as the internet was just taking off, and 411vm was on VHS - the good old days. Called in to buy some new bearings for my quads. As still fairly a novice skater with a lot to learn i was grateful for the advice on bearing choice and bearing care.
