Bought an RCBS reloading kit mid April. Just got around to opening the box and an item was missing from the box. Guys were incredibly helpful and in the end supplied a new box item whilst awaiting a replacement from the distributor. I would have been stuck or would have needed to buy another hand primer at great expense if they had not provided such a high level of customer service. Will certainly be returning to buy from here ! I think the guy that helped me was called Andy- so again, thanks for your help !

Purchased rifle from these guys two years ago. Since I live in Suffolk they had to go the extra mile arranging courier and delivery. Very helpful staff attached scope leaving me with very little to do. Zero sorted after a couple of shots. Recently I needed their help in getting the rifle serviced, aftersales service fantastic. I have purchased items from this shop both online and in person over the past three years. Their online service has been faultless. When purchasing items in person the service and advice has also been first rate. I visited the shop a couple of weeks before Xmas (2021) in order to look at potential rifles. I was met with seemingly honest advice, was allowed to take time and shoulder different rifles and didn’t at any point feel rushed or forced into any decision. Having bought the rifle on Saturday I came away pleasantly surprised at the service provided, to be honest, it went beyond expectation. They mounted the scope and bore sighted it, adjusted the trigger, checked mod alignment, cleaned the barrel.. even fitted the Sling, and all this at no extra cost. I also observed the rifle being wiped of any finger marks several times throughout this service. The only thing I could be critical on is when selling items back to the shop or trading in.. the money offered could be perceived as being a little on the light side. That said, I suppose they do have to spend time checking and reselling such items with a guarantee! (And I don't enjoy the hassle of private selling or auction sites) In summary, I will of course be using this shop again.

Decided to shoot again after 10 years away. Went to countryman derby after browsing through the website. The shop is a treasure trove of goodies well stocked and very helpful and friendly service from the staff. Bought a new browning b525 sporter along with a few bits of course. There was no pressure and was left to browse around whilst sorted out the paperwork. Fantastic range and competitive prices. Would highly recommend and will be using again for sure.well worth the 30 minutes drive.

I payed a visit to these guys to purchase a 525 browning yesterday. The service I got was of a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble, when I wanted to look at several guns out the box it wasn't an issue. My gun was also altered in house in minutes after some very sound advice. Glad I decided to the countryman for my purchase it's an all round great gun shop with some very knowledgeable staff. Prices are very keen to.

Purchased some shooting kit from them online, unfortunately ordered wrong size gun slip bag. After initial contact with Martyn called in to get it swapped. What an excellent shop this is. After trawling the internet and visiting other shops who displayed items on their websites that they don't even stock, I came across this one. I telephoned the day before I visited the shop to check the availability of what I was wanting to buy and spoke to a nice lady who explained what air rifles where available to buy. The day after I went along to the shop and was very pleased with how its laid out with lots of variety to cater for all aspects of shooting. The young man who served me could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble (even when I changed my mind for another gun after he had got the one out I asked for). He was willing to advise me when I asked, but not once did I feel pressured or persuaded in to buying anything I wasn't happy about. I would highly recommend anyone considering buying shooting related items to visit this shop as you won't be disappointed. I will certainly be returning in the near future as this kind of shop and service is hard to come by these days. Many thanks to all the staff at the Countryman and especially the young man who served me for a perfect purchase throughout.

Great service but the Browning Claymaster Gasses by two pairs have both fallen apart with the same defect, nose retaining clip for the lens comes apart, not good,I wouldn’t recommend them for durability.

I bought a pcp from pellpax and when they delivered I asked if he could show me how to use the pump and with loads of attitude he said no so I took it to countryman even though I didn't buy from them with in ten minutes they sorted me out and only wanted £2 so I gave him £5 he gave me free targets the service I received was second to none they were so polite I wish I'd bought my gun from them so thank you to all and I highly recommend this place
