I am a granny and don't know fashion etc. I went to buy a tracksuit for my daughter for Christmas. I knew that I should NOT buy certain brands but very cautious about what would be ok. A young man working in your Kingsgate store in Dunfermline approached me and asked if he could help. He was SO nice! Gave me advice, didn't push to get a sale. Seemed to genuinely want to help. Showed me several things until I was happy with my choice. Then I asked about trainers. The young man said he was not that informed about my specific requirements and immediately got another member of staff to help me. Equally wonderful young woman listed to me and then advised she would not recommend any in shop as it did not stock what I specifically asked for. I was SO impressed! In these very difficult times when retail is under such pressure it was so very nice to encounter such kind staff, actually listening and not all out for a quick sale. Well done you both! Absolutely a credit to British retail and your company. ❤️

Rap music in the background, all the staff looked miserable, we were snapped at when we asked for the 'other trainer' as we wanted to buy as a pair as you do! Although the girl in question did change her attitude afterward. I think 3 stars is generous tbh.

Nice SMALL shop. Too many people in at once imo. Not everybody wearing masks. Some staff were not wearing their masks properly (under the chin and nose on show). Great items on sale with lots of choice and fab sales.

Jd will have anything (to do with clothing) you want from sport shoes to every day jumpers! It's a must go and you will be shocked at the quality of the clothing there, the only down side is that it's quite pricy.

Baught my 6year old son a trainers from, hardly any any shoes to choose from and most were not in stock. Almost walked out because of the slow service, I've seen sloths move quicker than the young lad that served us, he then just walked away and left us like he wasn't interested. Just as I was about to leave, one of the young ladys approached us and was very helpful and we did ended getting a pair.

As an elderly gentleman I wanted a new pair of trainers so popped into local store where I asked a young man if he could assist me I knew what type n style I wanted be nothing in the store he spent time going through different ones ended up after a while with two choices and finally bought some puma ones I would like to thank the young man for all his patience with this old man its good to see the care and politeness is still out there Thank you so much for all your help he is a credit to the store

JD Sports in Dunfermline is a nice bright sport shop with everything displayed with plenty of room. The staff are helpful and friendly especially the young lad who gave good advice on a present for my grandson. They also know their stock extremely well.

Same as any JD sports shops, get what you want and need for most sports, and still even if it's jus for casual use has some really nice clothin, only thing is wi all sports shops these days is the price, always payin stupid money for trainers or tops etc, that cost them pennies to make, with their slave labour by wee kids and adults alike, all will do anythin to put food on their table.

Berry nice clothes but everything is very overpriced, I got a gift card that had £15 on it and I am having to put it towards a jumper because I couldn't afford it with the card I couldn't racer buy a pair of pink soda leggings
