We're do I start.... From u walk in the door, your met with a smile from everyone. Then the smell of coffee. At the service desk, as long as you have the right information to hand, it's a breeze. Quick friendly and never a problem. Ample room to load and unload. I do advise to reverse in from the main road but. Beacons on, light her up and swing across the road. (Make sure there are no cars coming but) lol

Actually against my expectations the firm treated mw well over service work to my Land Rover Discovery which had been not carried out properly to my satisfaction. A young lady named Avril in the Service department was extremely helpful polite and totally a professional. A good experience.

I recently have had cause to have my jaguar Xj serviced ..... And I wanted to give a positive review of 5 stars , due to the superior customer service I received at the dealership today which, I must say is in a different league compared to another JLR dealership which I now use to use. The welcome was friendly , personal , with smiles and staff egar to help .... From the handing over of my vehicle in its own covered hand over bay... To my collection of same in its own covered hand over bey.. which is all Indoors and heated .... The staff are friendly professional with out being clinical .... I was plied with lots of tea coffee , refreshments .... TV ...even asking if I wanted lunch .I had the Use of desks to work from and an overall attitude of wanting to please and be the best with out the Sir,. Or Mr .... though still remaining professional....make both.... relationships easier and a better way in which to do business .... I have often found these high end show rooms a place of intimadation .... Where everything is very expensive from.the show room to the cars .... Indeed in one of these show rooms (NOT this dealership) based not too far away when I was considering purchasing my XJ, I was asked by the sales man "do you have the money to pay for this car" .... This put me off JLR dealerships, and I went to England and purchase the vehicle ..... But am delighted to say that having taken the step to have my XJ serviced at Donnelly's Dungannon at their new JLR dealership has re in stilled my faith in JLR ..... This is in no small part to Nigel at service desk, Erica on the hospitality and to all the other staff who helped make my visit an experience ..... And yes .... I will say that for a full and major service and the 5 hrs that was worked on the car and all of the parts needed included a full PROPER valet and not a lick with a sponge or a show of a jet wash I was pleasantly surprised when I seen the labour costs coming to £190 .... Which clearly shows not only is the service and experience exceptional but the costs are reasonable ....from.all.of this it comes down to the following .... It's not what you say , It's how u made me feel is what I will remember .... Well done to all the staff that worked with me and on my vehicle , I wish both you and the management well for 2019 , and am sure if u keep up the level of customer service and care that I received today , your jobs and the dealership will be secure for years to come .... in closing of your looking at the JLR brand for either new or 2nd hand ....am confident you will have a very pleasant experience at Donnelly's Dungannon. Slow to attend to counter in Land Rover stores only a sales person spoke to me and let a member of stores staff know they had a customer waiting but efficient in the Honda store where I was also collecting a part.
