North Face shopping at it's best. An enhanced stock of NF products. Ably assisted with knowledgeable staff who know their product and stock. I was pleased to come away with a new jacket. The assistant had an idea there may be a jacket of my size and choice in the stockroom. He was correct. My timing was fortunate as the jacket was in the sale. A successful visit. Nice one TNF Edinburgh.

Very nice shop. Staff is extremely helpful and clearly knows the products. Spoke with 3 different persons all of them welcomed me with a smile. I have bought my Jacket and waterproof trouser there, good tips, perfect customer service. The two years warranty on your products works well, no problem to exchange your default item if needed.

Some top quality mountain gear in this shop (as expected). Also some cold weather fashion stuff. Always find it very annoying that the price tags are deliberately hidden away in the left outside pocket - stupid annoying policy (lost one star for this fact). I've been in the shop several times and walked out out of frustration due to this fact.

Good stock range and still able to try on jackets and coats. Very helpful staff who know the technical aspects of the clothes and didn't try and sell / advise us to go with the most expensive jacket. Only issue was the temperature, was extremely hot in the store.

Great shop with friendly, helpful staff. If they don't have things in store, they'll happily order it in for you. It's set out well for a small store and has a good range of North Face products. The only quibble is that the gear is exclusive.

Travelled through to pick up a jacket that was sold out online in the sale, staff couldn't have been more helpful on the phone & on attending the floor staff were lovely!
