Travelled several hours to get to Kaos. It was well worth the journey. Went to get measured for ice skates. Brilliant customer service. My feet were measured and I was given a choice of ice skates, then they got delivered to my address. I love my new ice skates. Kaos is such a cool shop, also sells scooters, roller skates and some bikes.

My little one had been saving up his pocket money for a few months to buy a new scooter.bevery week he would pop in to remind himself what he was saving for and the young lad who owns the shop was just brilliant with him. He gave him a few stickers and a keyring to encourage him to keep going and that's exactly what he did. we popped in last week to finally buy the wee ones scooter and again the service was superb. Some stores might have been a bit disinterested in the customer not buying today but this young lad has now gained a future customer in us and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Visited the store today (11/10/20 @ 11am) but unfortunately didn't catch the name of the guy who served us. I hope this feedback reaches him because he deserves to be acknowledged for his outstanding customer service. We went in to pick a scooter for our daughters birthday and the help we got was brilliant. He made suggestions, answered questions, and made the whole experience pleasant. Visited Kaos to purchase hockey skates for myself and figure skates for my daughter. First Class service. Wide range of boots from different brands to try on and sound advice to help choose the best option to suit both price and skill levels on the ice. I will definitely be using the store for Blade sharpening and future kit when needed.
