Excellent customer service in this store today from both members of staff. Had to return and exchange a couple of items. Very efficient and helpful staff

Friendly staff and good selection of outdoor related items for men, women and children. Even some stuff for dogs. The shop seems well stocked and there is free parking right outside.

Gary was brilliant when I needed help with a warm coat last minute for a trip to Boston. His recommendation of Aurora was spot on & kept the Boston chill at bay. Gary even collected the jacket from another store for me as I couldn't manage. First time in this store & i will be back and I would highly recommended. Well done.

I think the managers name was Garry, and even though I was only in for a couple of pairs of winter socks he recommended a pair that were warm but comfortable for walking in, he also pointed out that the ones I was looking at were on a special buy one and get one free. (Cheers Garry)

Click + Collect in-store is free on orders over £20. Please tell your staff :) I was going to order in-store for click + collect but she advised that this would be £2.50 (when item cost £29.99) and that is incorrect.
