We had to get a light jacket for an outing to Inveraray and was told about this place from other visitors on a bus tour. The store was well stocked and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sale they had on made it cheaper to buy in Scotland rather than back in Canada.

MW products are of great quality, comfy and wear very well, whether they are shoes, t-shirt or others. They also have great customer service. Online and in the shop. In two different occasions had to change two different items and had no problem at all. First time, it was difective and received a new one the following day. The second time, boots were too big and was refunded straightaway. But the shop also had a pair in the right size so got them. They gave me the same discount that I had originally online. You cannot ask for more really!

I decided I was going to climb Ben Nevis 3 months after having a major operation to remove cancer. I had no experience whatsoever and Anthony took the time to go through all the equipment I required for such a trek . I experienced sun , rain , Sleat , strong winds etc... Anthony made sure to go through all the different layers I would need and prepared me for all the different weather formats that I was eventually faced with. I was delighted with his expertise and all the kit I was sold. Couldn't have done it without his knowledge. Thanks Anthony so much and thankyou to mountain warehouse.. fantastic service . Store is relatively small in size but still has a great selection of pretty much anything you might need. The staff were absolutely incredible today and I couldn't recommend this place enough! Their 65L Tor backpack is probably the best value for money backpack I have seen at any outdoor shop in the UK. The staff at this branch as well as the West End - Partick branch are all extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, making sure you get exactly what you need. You guys all deserve a raise!

I have shopped a lot of things from this shop like isodry jacket and isogrip shoes. My shopping experience have been good but the mountain warehouse products lack some quality. The marking on the jacket have started coming out in just 4 months.

Mountain warehouse has lots of good stock from good winter jackets to nice fleece jackets and all it exessories hats scarfs gloves also have kids jackets at very reasonable prices I got a lovely winter coat with a fleece inside it it's very warm and the cheapest jacket I have paid for at 30 pounds
