Great selection on everything probably the best sports shop in the city the thing that makes it for me though, is the staff all brilliant helpful and friendly. I went down to change over trainers bought from Nike online that were too big for me and from the minute I walked in, warmly welcomed explained and it was sorted from a really nice young lad who directed me upstairs where I was welcomed by another friendly young chap who promptly went and got another pair for me to try on, sorted! This level of customer service is what brings people back, some shops in town you feel like a hindrance on the staffs day, not here, also I had a look around and the selection of everything is awesome! Looking forward to going back on Saturday for the new Brazil top and a new tracksuit for the gym! Just do it, indeed!

Ground floor is all female items, 1st floor male items. A few are unisex on both floors. No heavy sell here. Some nice original architectural features exposed. Worth a visit.

I like this shop and I've gotten a few shoes from Nike and liked them. I think they layout is pretty unique and interested vs a standard sport/shop. My only complaints is how getting assistance is because of how staff having their own "till" and wonder around. It's great when you're being served but what ends up happening is you wait until they're done with 1 customer and then they jump to another even if they came in while you've been waiting 5 minutes.

Brilliant had exactly what I wanted, I went in for classic Jordans red and black, for my son as I couldn't get them from any other sports stores. And I didn't know that Nike had a store in Glasgow, I will be going here from now on for my son's Jordans.

Quite a large Nike store in a good location at the bottom end of the popular style mile in Glasgows Buchanan Street. Of course it sells exclusively Nike sports gear consisting of their range of trainers and sports clothing for men and women of all sizes, it's over 2 levels and has a helpful staff. Nike is not the cheapest sports range but is quite fashionable

Fantastic Store great staff always willing to help when your looking to buy gifts. top marks Just added new image The nike store is looking fantastic as you can see its had some work done to front of shop with new paving being sorted. You can now see the famous nike logo branded all over the shop. image was taken on 18th april 2018 The nike store does not really change the images was taken in Sept just giving you quick update. again sells the usual Nike clothing and footwear. the store is looking good.

I’ve probably been to a dozen of Nike stores and the staff here were certainly the friendliest. I was struggling to get the size I needed in a shoe but a team member sorted me with a decent alternative.

Had a brilliant shopping experience here yesterday courtesy to Carrie R who gave me a hand in the kids shoe section. She was super-helpful without trying to talk me into anything. In the end I didn't just have a really nice chat but also a pair of basketball trainers I know my daughter will love. The shop's really good too, nice layout, good selection. But in the end it's the staff that matter - so thanks, Carrie! x

Awsome staff. I didn't have money to but was wanting to try a shoe on in prep for pay day... While looking at the one I wanted the girls up stair asked if I needed assistance and assured me that it was no trouble and treated me the same as if I was buying it.... The security guy is also very friendly good vibes in this shop, quite expensive but doesn't have the snobbery that would suggest so...

Great range of gear. Plenty of staff are available as Nike runs a large team in stores. They're helpful, but not pushy. If in doubt, ask for their help - they really know the products well. However the mobile phone reception in store is garbage, so it's hard to check online details and prices for products (which I regularly do).

I have plantar fasciitis in my right heel, and my old Nike Air trainers had pretty much given. While on holiday in Glasgow, I went into the Nike store on Buchanan Street and asked for guidance. This materialised in the shape of a Conor, a young man who actually knew about the problem. He spent an awful lot of time with me recommending different trainers and different sizes. I finally chose one, and we threw away the old trainers. I then returned to the store with problems 3 times over the next two days. Conor could not have been more patient or helpful, and even got approval to swap the trainers even though they had been work. In the end, everything settled down, and I returned home in the new trainers. I have never seen such an outstanding example of customer service. Good on you NIKE to employ such people and to give them time to deal with customers' problems. And, of course, hats off to Conor!

Well stocked flagship store, premium priced so rarely venture in out with sales (which can be a bit disappointing). Emphasis on add on selling via Online at POS is very clever and helpful, however our order was messed up and it took a lot of effort to get a refund.
