Delightfully refreshing to go into a shop such as this and not be judged or given the “hard sell”. Craig was both very helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to go away and have a think before returning to purchase my bike. My bike was delivered with a week by two friendly and knowledgeable people, who answered any questions I had. As a beginner I was later, able to go back to the shop for a bike fit. This was performed by Craig in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. My fit details were later confirmed by email. I look forward to returning to buy some apparel when my figure improves! 5 ⭐️

We had a first class experience with the Peloton and the team. I felt at ease in the store and we decided to order the family pack. It was installed a few weeks later and COVID installation. The team have been first class to deal with and have went above and beyond to help. The bike so far has really helped my wife and I get some exercise done even with a 13 month old boisterous boy. It came with a padlock so it's always safe. The classes have been great so far and so many options. I've tried the 20 minutes classes and it's wiped me out. I'm trying boxing, meditation, strength and yoga at the moment. Plus it looks cool. The screen is great and doesn't look out of place in our livingroom.

My wife and I booked ourselves in for a Bike Fit at the Glasgow store to assess our positions on the bike. It was an excellent idea as it’s helped both of us with our positions. There were slight tweaks on both our bike setups and it was great to have the video assessment and then review by Craig. It was great to get insight into where we needed improvements and we will use these hopefully to get better stats fro. Our improved positions. The whole process was really easy to do and the Glasgow staff - Rachel and then Craig - couldn’t have been more helpful. If you have a peloton then I would book one of these sessions just to make sure your setup is correct. I thought mine was and the slight tweak I made has improved my 60 min PB already ! Thanks again and definitely recommend this.

Popped through on a Saturday to take a look at the bike+ and received a very helpful insight into the bike and all its capability’s from Carly. Answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We ordered on the Monday and by Wednesday we had the bike at home! Great service all round from Peloton!

Alison at Peloton shop in Glasgow was great and very helpful Bike plus has been great and feels like a great investment. Been on it most days and do weights on something else on rest days (less vigorous). There is so much on the peloton site, really is amazing. Delivery was faultless and had to call peloton support to tighten loose handlebars ( they had better tools than me) again arrived quickly and fixed in no time plus they were really nice guys John

Alison in the Glasgow store has been nothing but helpful. I had been looking at bikes online for a while. Went in to store to see in person, kind of hoping to put myself off as it is an extravagant purchase for me. All questions answered and no pushy sales at all. I went away to think about it and decided a couple of weeks later to go ahead. Exceptional after sales from Alison and from Peloton member services, delivery guys were great too. Decided to keep bike after 30 day trial.

The staff at this Peloton store could not have been more helpful or accommodating. With a wealth of product knowledge they were able to answer all my questions. They were also in touch regularly to ensure there was no issues with the product and happy to help. The customer service was excellent.

The staff at the Store were really welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. I had a bike fitting with Lee, who took so much time to get me adjusted on the bike, then took me for a demo on the tread. Also sent me a folllow up email to see that my settings felt ok after I’d adjusted the bike at home. Really Helpful team.

Rachel was responsible for telling us all about th equipment and although we still took time to decide, she followed up gently, and reassured us that it is the right choice for us. Further, Rachel has followed up consistently. But its really been a team effort as the installers were absolutely lovely. I'd get another just for the service. The equipment is fabulous too! If you are hesitating about your purchase… don’t… just do it. Yes it’s quite expensive but it’s fabulous not having to go to a gym and the library of classes, no matter your mood you’ll find something that fits. The Glasgow team are awesome, so helpful and you’ll wonder (like I did) why you waited so long to take the plunge #boocrew 🤣🤣
