A. C.I have been trying to build my home gym and I have made two big orders from Primal Strength. Non of which have arrived but they are due next month so I can not comment on quality but I can say that when dealing with Craig, he has been very helpful throughout the whole process, especially as it can be stressful when spending £5k+ on equipment!
Today I have had to call to amend my order as I did not realise my rack came with more attachments so I double ordered and he has handled it over the phone with ease, very pleased with the service.
Highly recommend.

L.First ever purchase our gym has made through Primal Strength didn't go quite to plan - Ordered on May 5th and equipment did not arrive until 8th June (There was a delay on a piece of equipment but was meant to be with us before the end of May) - Had to email 4 times and call to get updates on dispatch. Would have been better if they kept us updated rather than chasing them.
The 4 stars is for the quality of equipment which is great, just the delay and lack of updates otherwise it would've been a 5*****

But one of the primary reasons why Primal Strength is my go-to brand is the sales support. With a project of this scale I was lucky to be able to work with Martin who put together multiple floor plan designs so I could envision how the studio would look beforehand. A patient man who obviously knows the range inside-out with lots of ideas on how to optimise my space. Many thanks, once again.

I respected that. Tolerated all my questions and made me feel valued even though I was a relatively small customer compared to a commercial set up. Fantastic quality, top drawer service. D. R.I can't fault the way these guys handle their customers. I'd say they go far and beyond. I was kept up to date with a item I was waiting for that I has pre ordered. All questions answered. They also provided a absolutely quality delivery service and took into consideration how close I was too them for delivery. I think in times where there is still a virus going about and getting the service I got, I can not recommend enough how good Primal Strength have been.
Their dumbbells came and the quality was superb. Their price is probably one of the best about as well for the quality you are getting compared to others. Very good price and quality.
