Extensive range of products to choose from. I required new snowboard bindings and boots and after discussions of my requirements and trying several products I was able to get get a fully customised snowboard setup to suit my level. Service was so helpful, I also bought a new snowboard and travel bag. I will be thoroughly recommending this shop to other Scottish based snow sport friends.

Visited this shop as fully beginner snowboarders with my girlfriend. The shop is nicely laid out with no clutter. After having a quick look around we were approached by a staff member who was incredibly friendly and patient with all the questions we had as beginners. He offered up a vast amount of knowledge not just to suit us currently but for where we wanted to progress to in the sport. I couldn't recommend this shop enough and I will definitely be returning for all my snowboarding needs.

I brought my skis in here to fix a previous repair that had failed. The quality of the repair is much higher quality than what I got elsewhere. The customer service and knowledge of the staff is well above standard. The shop is very warm and welcoming with plenty of stock to look at however I would love to see more touring kit. I’d highly recommend visiting if you’re a skier/snowboarder.

Have bought lots from this shop over the past few years (snowboards, boots, bindings and a bike!) and have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly and passionate about getting people involved in mountain sports and they have loads of knowledge and patience to help you get what you need. Prices are fair and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to go for equipment and servicing/repair work.

Incredible customer service. I was looking for snowboard boots and I was shown a selection of different boots to try. Once I'd decided which best fitted me, they moulded them to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Overall a great little shop with a large selection of boots, boards, bindings, skis and clothing with amazing staff who were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back

Fantastic selection available in the shop and as it’s my first time, I was advised on what equipment I would need and what I didn’t need to worry about. Start to finish was a great experience and I now know where I need to go if I discover the bug for snowboarding! My girlfriend who is a more advanced than me in the snowboarding world, got her snowboard serviced too and picked up a few items for herself in the shop. Fantastic shop, I'm a returning customer. Repairs, services, buying advice, great chat, they tick all the boxes and are good at all of the above. Clearly they are into the sport rather than just running a shop, they take time to talk to you about it so I've always been happy to go back. Plus you can park right at their front door rather than fight for a weekend parking space and then carry your stuff over a big car park and through a shopping centre, I'm lazy that way though 😀

I hired ski wear/equipment in December for my daughters Ski trip and the service we received was first class. We dealt with one man when we went in to order and fit my daughter size wise and this man was very professional and managed to pick out an ideal size for her just by looking. Impressive! The second man, who I believe was the owner was friendly and attentive and very helpful when we were collecting the hire items. He even offered a complimentary additional day due to the return home time of our daughter. Thank you and we will see you again this year.

Staff were very welcoming, approachable, patient and knowledgeable. Wide range of products on sale from top brands. They offer an excellent trade in service on old boards and bindings which I will definitely use in the future when I have to replace my current set up. If you buy a new board they offer 3 full services of board, whether that’s once per season for the first 3 seasons or 3 times in one season. Another reason to buy a board from them as this is worth about £105.

Recently bought a new board and boots from here and my experience was great. I came in not specifically looking for anything but after seeing the great prices and knowledgable staff I left with a new board and boots. I got an incredible deal on my items and there was such a high quality of service. There was no pressure to buy or pushy sales, just a genuine interest in what I was in for. Will definelty be back and I recommend to anyone. Location is great in the city of Glasgow and even if it was far, would travel to come here again.

Skis come back looking good as new. Not seen a bigger range of helmets and snowboard kit in many of the Big stores. Ask a question get an answer.

Visited several times and purchased multiple items. Each time I've come I've spent anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour talking about a sport that the staff have a clear love for. Every purchase I made (or in some cases didn't make) has been well informed and left me extremely satisfied thanks to the advice and patience of the staff. Went to get a cheap pair of ex-hire skis. Got a pair and a cheap pair of boots ( not stylish but they work) good price, skis serviced and in good shape. 2 more days skiing and they are paid for. Part 2, went back and bought a new pair of skis and a snow board, brilliant service, great price and free coffee! Really helpful staff so much better than buying from the internet. Added bonus of 3 years free servicing and unlimited waxing. Thanks guys!

So if you have any interest in skiing or snowboarding this is the place to go !! I'm fairly new to snowboarding and got my equipment from here. I was going to buy from bigger chain but decided to pop into these guys just on the off chance, and honestly im glad I did. There is no hassle to buy, for a newbie like me they have the most patience ever and explain all the stuff about boarding that I didn't know...they def make time for you and have great chat! Prices are absolutely comparable with online and bigger chains! And I'd much rather give my money to the smaller independent companies like this. We also ended up buying my partners skiis here, just because my experience was so good. Oh and boots too! But honestly not cause of them being pushy - much more me loving to spend 😀 I keep popping in around ski season, get my board serviced etc. I think they also sell bikes and stuff over the summer period - but eh that might be wrong! (As in please don't quote me on that one 😮) If you have any interest in skiing or snowboarding just pop by - totes worth it 👍 😂

Went here en-route to Glencoe in half term. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Best way to hire equipment - best value and eliminates queues at resort. Couldn't have done more to set us up for a fun week of skiing and boarding. Would thoroughly recommend.

The Ski ‘n’ Boardroom team have been excellent in encouraging the young adults I volunteer with to get out on the hills. Their quick turn around for last minute hires, knowledgable guidance for those just starting out and exceptional good prices have been invaluable. All done with a friendly welcome and a clear love for their sport. Being able to hire you kit in Glasgow is the best as you can then choose which ski resort to visit based on the changing weather and travel conditions before you are committed to joining the A82/A9.

Excellent experience. Dropped off some heavily damaged skis for repair and paid extra due to their poor condition. They were ready the next day, in great condition, smooth as a baby and they even refunded some money as the job wasn't as long as expected which i think was a very honest thing to do.
