Visited the shop today to purchase a new racket and I must say, I didn't have much of a clue of what to look out for. Stuart was fantastic however, and his solid advice helped me narrow it down to a Babolat Aero. I manage to get a few shots with it afterwards and was extremely pleased with it. If you're a tennis newbie like moi, I'd highly recommend visiting these guys instead of chancing a racket purchase online/elsewhere.

Excellent racquet sports retailer with a tennis passionate team led by Stuart. Outstanding service delivered with courtesy, professionalism and good humour. Racquet stringing is normally completed within 24hrs and of a consistently high standard (on-site machine is a Babolat electronic constant pull). IMHO, the best stringers in Glasgow by a considerable margin; and this is based on experience with various others in the past. They have a good selection of strings, but also provide a stringing-only service at a reasonable fee for customers prefering to bring their own. Happy to do hybrid stringing using half packs of 12m, as expected from experienced and competent stringers.

Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable but their stringing service is sometimes inconsistent. A few times, the loose end of the string was not cut properly so I got cuts. One time the brand new string started to move just after 30 mins. of playing.

Very cool tennis specific store that stocks everything you will ever need across all rackets sports. From Nike shoes to Wilson tennis rackets. They also offer an excellent 24hr restring service. Would thoroughly recommend!!
