Good store over quite a few floors. Womens wear, and mens wear. Base layers, tops trousers and shoes. Helpful staff and reasonable prices. Umbrellas for sale by the front door for those emergency wet days. Recommended for outdoor gear !! Friendly staff too !!

My favorite Place to get my last suplies (gastanks, Food etc) before i go North. Do not let the small front of the shop fool you. This is actually a very big (4 floors and a basement) place where you can get all the outdoor stuff you need! Nice, professional staff.

Wonderful range of both men's and women's outdoor wear and accessories, both if you want a fancy expensive jacket or are looking for equipment for actually hill walking and abseiling and other outdoors activities. Great staff, no deal's to be had as a rule not to be broken, thought bought one Berghaus on the Monday and one only yesterday, with the most expensive cleaning set they had to take care of outdoor wear, stain shampoo, re water proofing treatment and special shampoo for a fleece for body odours and smell's 😁

I went to Tiso for the foot fit service for when buying new walking goretex boots I have got to say the service was amazing I couldn't fault it what so ever ... when I went in I was met by a guy called Graeme he has got to be the most helpful guy I have came across I gave him a list of what my requirements were he selected around 7 pairs of boot to fit my requirements then it was just the fine tweeking to find a pair that fitted perfectly.. I'm not just a normal customer I have problems with my feet due to diabetes I.e reduced feeling so I don't feel the likes of boot bang until it is far to late .. I explained what I needed from these boots and Graeme done everything he could to meet my specifications... definitely a top notch service with staff that know their own products and really willing to help

Loved this place for amazing range of stuff and good prices which are not very much more expensive from amazon. You can touch and try them here. Three floors of gear and nice chaps will help you choose what you need. Amount of gear on offer is amazing with cheap to super expensive premium gear. Enjoyed just learning about new stuff on market. This is a well stocked shop with the usual Tiso range. However to me they have tried to cram a bit too much into the three floors. The equipment and clothing is of course first rate but it doesn't seem to have the same atmosphere as the Edinburgh store. The staff have tried very hard to make the best of the space available.

Super expensive, but with a wide range of wears for all sorts of outdoor activities. They do tend to carry the best and most durable brands, so things you probably do want to spend more on. Always found the employees to be fairly knowledgeable and happy to give advice regarding products, at least in the upstairs walking and gear sections.

We went in to buy walking boots. Everything was a tiny bit pricey but the staff were pleasant, the service was really good, and the staff clearly knew their stuff, offering advice and presenting options to choose from rather than trying to upsell relentlessly. I asked at the end whether you had branches outside Scotland, since we were only visiting Glasgow; I wish you did!

After buying a berghaus jacket that didn't keep the rain off me I popped into Tiso to have a look at a replacement. I didn't buy my berghaus from Tiso. Anyway I met a very helpful assistant called Helen who gave me plenty of advice and opinions from her vast experience.
