Brilliant!! If you are looking for a hot tub, you must talk to these guys!! We visited the showroom on a bit of a fact finding trip, Dennis was great, explained the options, differences between the tubs, finance, running costs and listened to what we wanted - and no high pressure selling either!! We received details about the tub we were looking at the same day and Del came out within 2 days for a site visit, which identified access problems. However, Del was brilliant and we looked at a number of options before agreeing a solution, which even involved him making a second site visit. Genuinely nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely helpful. Access problem solved, the tub was delivered within a few days and professionally installed by the team. A very detailed and informative talk on the hot tub controls and maintenance. It was all so easy, professional and very friendly. We were very impressed and are delighted with the hot tub and the very competitive price - it's not very often these days that you are made to feel that your custom is really valued. An all-round great experience and I would highly recommend Del and the team.

Outstanding! The whole experience from start to finish. We dealt with Dennis throughout, who was very knowledgeable and honest which helped us immensely when choosing our hot tub. He then came and did a free site visit to make sure the tub we chose would fit. We chose and ordered the tub Friday, they had it delivered by Monday, and it was fitted yesterday (Tuesday)!! Brilliant. Initially made an appointment to view a few tubs at the showroom. Del gave us a full review of the Nordic Spa Cove Encore and answered any questions we had. At the time it was out of stock but he managed to obtain one a few weeks later. Delivery and installation went without a hitch. We would highly recommend Clear Natural Spas to anyone who is thinking of getting a hot tub. When we first visited the showroom, we were met by Dennis who gave us a tour of the showroom showing us all of the different tubs available to us. He was knowledgeable, polite and more importantly, honest. He gave us a really good indicator on the hot tub which would suit our needs and gave us just the right amount of technical chat to understand exactly what we would expect from the tub we chose. We were given a free site inspection to ensure that the space we had chosen to house our tub was sufficient and to talk through what was needed for the install to commence. Again, this was very thorough and some good ideas banded around as to what tub cover we could use and what would suit the environment. Finally the day of install came and the weather was terrible, but this didn't stop us getting our hot tub. Dennis and Rich arrived, happy, polite and ready to go. The install was seamless and the guys were really respectful of the area which they were working in. After the install, we were given a really, really great run down on tub maintenance and what chemicals to use and when. It was clear that Dennis knew his stuff as the level of detail he gave was just right!! Overall a really fantastic experience and a highly recommended company.

After deliberating over which tub and why, after a free wet trial in the showroom we elected for a mid range with a heat pump. Del gave us a great deal on the package and kept us informed along the way. Due to the unexpected snow before Christmas our delivery was delayed until January. Del and Richard showed up on time on installation day. Very polished team got the tub into place within 30 minutes and connected and running in less that 3 hours. Left us with no mess to clear up at all. Very clear instructions on how to run the Chemistry set! Great local company with fantastic service. Highly recommended! And thanks guys!

My husband and I wanted to acquire a hot tub and Clear Natural Spas came highly recommneded by a friend. So we went to visit their show room in Tewkesbury. On arrival we were welcomed by Justine, who was approachable & very helpful in going through the various hot tubs available, after looking at the various models, we decided we wanted the Wellis Malagar, to our surprise they had one in stock, which was great as we would be able to get it installed within a few weeks. My husband liased with Del to make sure we had the correct ground work to be able to install the hot tub, along with the correct power supply, which they would have sorted out for us if required, but the place for the hot tub, was already suitable and we had a friend who would do the power supply. A date was fixed for installation within just a few weeks. Del and Dennis arrived on time to cary out the installation, they were both very professional and approachable people, they carried out the work meticulously and to a high standard to ensure everything was working correcltly. Every stage of this installation was executed with precision, taking great personal care to make sure everything was working as it should be. My husband was with them throughout this process and it appeared to me that every effort was taken to answer any questions my husband had, in essence they were both great people. Dennis spent time at the end of this process going through the various chemicals that would be needed to look after the operational side of the hot tub and how to prolong its life and keep it working to its full potential. My husband and I have used the hot tub on numerous occassions and speaking for myself, it has done wonders for my aches and pains. We are both very happy with this model we have chosen. We would both highly recommend using Clear Natural Spas to any one, who is looking to acquire one. Well, what can I say. A great experience engaging with Del and his team from initial enquiry, to selection of Hot Tub, to arranging delivery and installation and the final handover. The comprehensive overview and instruction of how to keep on top of the chemicals (chemical pack provided) and maintenance of the Hot Tub really appreciated. The laminated crib sheet a great help. Not as daunting as I initially thought. The follow up call from Del to check all OK and to offer additional advice and guidance a nice touch. Overall, my expectations were exceeded of the whole journey from thinking about a Hot Tub to now actually having one in my garden. It looks great, fits right in. Having now had the Hot Tub installed for a few days and having used it every evening (apart from evening 1, needing to let it get to temperature and the chemicals to settle) it is great! The Bluetooth and associated App, allowing us to listen to music and to remotely monitor and control the Hot Tub, make our Hot Tub experience that much better. I have a happy family!

From the time we went to visit the showroom they cannot do enough for you and the starter pack has so much in it. 30 mins time to go through how to look after the water and really simple. We are off to get a few additional accessories. We ordered the COVE C110 and it is in the new Grey which looks stunning. Waiting for it to be ready now. Cannot fault the service and we will get all the accessories and chemicals from them. They allow all day so you know everything is sorted. The site visit made a difference too so no surprises. We first visited CNS on a fact-finding mission, having considered purchasing an inflatable spa. Dennis gave us excellent and impartial advice, and we quickly realised that an inflatable spa would not be suitable. We visited another Gloucestershire hottub seller but returned to CNS where we ordered a tub. On the day of installation, Dennis and team arrived and installed the tub carefully and professionally. He then gave us clear instructions on how to maintain the chemicals in the tub. In the photograph you will see that we have installed a No Diving sign; we have kids!

Once we placed an order the communication was great and we had several site visits before installation. We dropped into Clear Natural Spas after deciding it was about time we had a hot tub, they fitted one at my parents house over 10 years ago and so they came very highly recommended. The whole team are excellent and they all know everything there is to know about hot tubs. We went through all the models and weighed up the pros & cons until we decided on the right one for us. Del came out that afternoon and did a survey so we had a plan of what needed doing before they could deliver the hot tub, he then put us in touch with an electrician to sort out the supply needed (the electrician also did an outstanding job!). They tied in with the electrician and delivered/set up the hot tub at the same time, all it took was a visit the next day to go through the care and use of it and we were all good to go. Love it to bits and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for any hot tub needs!

We had purchased to finish off a general re-landscaping of the garden that was in progress. Del was very supportive in ensuring we had electricity placed in the right spot and access was fine. Simply Amazing. We can not recommend them highly enough. First class from start to finish. Firstly, they opened the showroom especially to accommodate our viewing - in fact at the start of their planned holiday! They had the perfect hot tub at a great price. We then encountered a potential problem in removing the old tub and installing the new one. It appears the old tub had a shelter built over it after it had been installed making it almost impossible to remove. Also, the only way to get the old one out (and the new one in) was through a neighbouring field with some specialist equipment. They sorted out access with field owners, obtained the necessary equipment and removed and installed everything in a day. Honestly, the best customer service you could ever want. Without hesitation, use them. They are brilliant

The whole experience has been excellent. Before purchase nothing was too much trouble with all questions answered and no pushy sales techniques. Due to Covid-19 and social distancing, all contact has been by phone or WhatsApp, again with no problems. Del really put himself out by bringing forward delivery, and installing the hotub (a Cove C500) on a Bank Holiday Friday as access will soon be blocked with the erection of a greenhouse (all distancing protocols observed). Also very impressed with the attention to detail, whether it was the care taken to navigate through tight spaces, siting the hotub up a couple of steps or using a manual screwdriver to finally tighten screws rather than driving them right in with an electric screwdriver with the chance of stripping the threads - excellent! We are absolutely delighted with both the product and the excellent service, and therefore have no hesitation in recommending both.

OMG Ever thought of owning a hot tub but not quite sure if you should? My advice is just do it. We spent a long time considering if we should have one or not. We have had our Spa for a week now, and have not got out of it yet!!!!! The service is fantastic, we had many visits to the show room to look around or ask questions about what base we should put down or what electrical supply was required, and Del was more than happy to assist. No pushy sales tactics or obligation to purchase on any of the visits we made. The product is great quality has everything you need, it looks amazing also. Time to sit back and relax. Delivery was on time and installation was quick, even getting it down the side of the property and into the garden building we had built to house it. The tub comes with a starter kit and all the chemicals etc you need to run it. A full run through of the care and maintenance is given by Del and a handy laminate for future reference. We used Clear Natural Spa's electrician (Steve) who I must say was equally professional and provided an excellent service. All in all we would give an 11 out of 10 with our experience with CNS Don't delay get one sooner rather than later.

From the moment we decided on buying a hot tub CNS were head and shoulders above the rest. The website is easy to use, the product range wide and the embedded videos invaluable. As the COVID19 pandemic had arrived already we were delighted that the showroom was open and we duly made our appointment. Justine was first class - allowed us time and space to look at what was in the showroom and was happy to answer any of our questions (of which there were many). The global shortage of hot tubs impacted on our first choice of tub - and that’s when we had our first dealings with Del. From the outset he was bright, cheerful, helpful and most of all honest. Whilst he couldn’t get our first choice of tub he could get us an upgrade for just a small amount extra (no hard sell - just giving us options). We agreed on the upgrade and Del introduced us to Steve Carpenter the electrician we needed for the installation of our 32amp power. Now Steve was a godsend - again, cheerful, helpful and honest, he was a joy to deal with throughout the process. So the day arrives and Del turns up with Rich and our tub. They’d arranged the crane to lift it over our garden fence and into our garden - even the crane guy was cheerful and accommodating. It seems like the people Del deals with all have customer satisfaction as their no. 1 priority and they all excel at it. The installation was very efficient, very quick (about 3 hours) and very successful - we just had to watch the experts do their thing and provide mugs of tea (milk and 2 sugars and one with “half a spoon or a sweetener, if you’ve got one”). We have stacks of great photos and videos of the installation that we’ve already shared with friends and family. So tonight, we’ve checked the water as instructed (again the CNS website has brilliant and informative videos embedded) and with chilled champagne we’ll christen our tub and we’ll also raise a glass to Justine, Del, Rich, Steve and “the crane guy” (who’s name escapes me - sorry) to toast them for helping us achieve another one of our dreams. Cheers ! ! !

Popped in for a look around one Saturday and were lucky enough to like a tub that happened to be in stock! The only one in the whole of Cheltenham I'm sure!! We were torn between that one and another, but felt no pressure to buy either... we were there well over an hour and the lady (I forget her name - sorry) was more than happy to answer all our questions and give us the time we needed. We still didn't make our decision until a couple of hours later when we phoned back and secured our tub! Because we were able to be flexible on delivery time, we were offered a delivery 6 days later - super chuffed! Imagine how excited we were to get a call on the Tuesday for delivery the next day! The install guys were AMAZING!! They rang to let me know when they were on the way to me and considering it was a tight squeeze, got the spa in place quickly and, to an outsider, with total ease! I left them to it to set up (in the pouring rain!!!) and then went out to listen to the running/upkeep chemicals and instructions. Although a lot to take in, I didn't feel overwhelmed and everything was explained simply and thoroughly. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Well this was going to be a challenge for anyone to be honest but CNS certainly rose to it! I live on the side of a hill just outside Cheltenham and whilst drive access is fine, to get the new hot tub around the side of my house would be extremely difficult. I have a retaining wall and narrow walk way at two levels and also an old heavy tub to remove! My visit to the CNS showroom was a pleasurable experience. I was greeted by an engineer who serviced the hot tubs who gave me an excellent overview and arranged a site visit for later in the day. Del turned up and spent time surveying the site. He was very clear it would be quite difficult, but possible and they would need to build a bridge to straddle the two levels. Personally I was worried about damage to the tub as the bridge would need to cover the 3 foot delta. On the day of installation ( only 3 days after my visit ) the bridge was constructed. Everything was seamless. The new tub installed, the site was left immaculate and a full brief of how to use it. One word, fantastic!. We had viewed a few hot tub suppliers and had a couple of home visits but weren't sure. We stumbled on CNS's and Del purely by chance, on a shopping trip to Gallagher retail park and saw the sign. He answered any questions via text promptly and kept us up to date with delivery. We knew how difficult it was going to be when he sent us a picture of the winch he made to help get it up our drivep!...
