We had an amazingly fab experience in this shop today...they helped my friend so much to find a great pair of trainers ready for her prosthetic leg fitting in Bristol tomorrow..they came to her even thou she was sat just outside the door in a chair and it was closing time. The chap serving her was awesome and caring . .he was chatting to her about someone he knew who was involved in making prosthetics and made her feel well important. Thankyou so very much

Staff were really helpful when I visited to pick up an online order. I have been using this store for 25 years, just wish it was bigger because it does get overcrowded and this makes you wana leave and not look at the stock properly.

This is my local JD, Its a shame since they do not hold a great amount of stock. It is a reasonably small store that gets really busy at times. Staff are nice but the store stock is limited. Its also a shame that StudentDiscount with UNiDAYs doesn't include instore purchases.

Nice trainers but assistant could not multitask at all. Chose what we needed very quickly and just want it to get the trainers I chose and go out of the shop. Took them 20 min to try and find them whilst I'm waiting. There was no apology for the delay.... Don't know if they were having a day off that day but I wouldn't want to go back there again

Not very happy, as ordered products online had email to say due in store by 2nd August but not arrived. Popped in today which is over a week since I ordered it, still not arrived. They rang and found out that apparently its not even been picked from the warehouse, and the money went out the bank straight away.

Member of staff forgot to remove a tag from my item and the security alarm beeped at me. Thankfully, a young lad came to help me and understood that it was a mistake. Great staff, would be better if this didn't happen but mistakes do occur.

Went in for the first time then other day just to check their England kit stock (of which they still had some of the training tops left!) and it was nice and full of stock, clean and tidy.
