We recently changed out shirt design at our bowls club, for a more modern, fresh look. Zapkam provide tools on their website to design sports kits and we took full advantage of it. We were able to show our members what the new kit would look like and listen to their comments to tweak the design. Zapkam then provided us with some sample shirts to decided sizes etc and we were able to put together our order for our new shirts. In the event, the shirts arrived and I am pleased to say that our members were very impressed with them, both the material and the fit. So would we recommend Zapkam? Certainly - and we will soon be placing another order for more shirts for the club.

Our bowls club decided to upgrade our club shirts but still had to keep the colour, design and club badge as our original shirts to comply with Bowls England regulations. I was able to send our details by mail and accompanying photos which Zapkam confirmed as being able to reproduce. Sample sizes were sent to us for members to try and we then ordered shirts on that basis. Our shirts arrived entirely as described complete with embroidered club badges. Excellent quality and service, I will be ordering more now that club members have seen the quality and wish to purchase some for themselves. There was a wide variety of different designs that you can create, the staff were very patient, helpful and were keen to make sure I would be happy with the finished product. Our football club has been using Zapkam for our match day kits and teamwear for 3 years and nothing is ever too much trouble for Zapkam team - Ross is always there at the end of email (or phone!). The kit designer works well and with the newly added templates for sublimation printing, there has to be something for everyone. Photo: pretty much everyone in the photo is kitted with our Zapkam designed Commemorative 50th Anniversary Shirts or teamwear - one volunteer was refereeing for the day ... and whilst the other ordered a Commemorative shirt, his wife liked it so much, she decided to wear it herself!

Ross and the Team at Zapkam did a great job helping us design and procure our new Bowls Club Kit. We received an absolutely brilliant service from Zapkam! We are a small charity who has worked hard over a long period of time to raise money to buy our two teams a football kit each. Once we log in to Zapkam’s site, it was easy to navigate our way through and in addition we received extra telephone support and confirmation. Once we received the kit which arrived in time, we sent it to a friend who put our logo on it as a favour; they said, the quality of the kit was superb. We then noticed the yellow stripe on the top didn’t match the shorts. This was no problem for Zapkam they very kindly replaced the short with a matching yellow stripe at no further cost and sent them to us very quickly. Amazing service, fantastic quality, brilliant organisation! Would recommend Zapkam them to everybody. Will add photo in the next few weeks.

It was time for our team Lingfield u11s to get a new kit... zapkam we're so helpful in getting the design just right and helped get the cost down!..once order was placed..it took 5 weeks and the team debuted the kit in a tournament at selhurst park..to which the staff at selhurst park and pro play sports said we had the best kit they had ever seen! Just note the sizing is very generous.. I could of got them 2 sizes smaller at least for most of the boys! But quality of the kits and tracksuits are great...the only thing I wasn't too keen on was the quality of the football socks...upon 1st wear they became fluffy and holds on to grass for dear life!! And they tear easily..but apart from that the kits are great..

We were very impressed with the patience of everyone we spoke to at Zapkam. We tried other companies and their customer service was shocking, but the team at Zapkam were always there every time we called, and called back first thing in the morning when we requested a call back. It took us a while to finalise our design but they helped us every step of the way. It's great that they offer size samples and they were easy to order and send back. When our order was placed I didn't think it would come in time for our first game, however it came a few days before and everyone was really pleased with their first club shirt. The 3D designer allows you to create the kit exactly to how you want it and it gives an accurate representation of the final product, and it’s really easy to do. Organising our canoe clubs' 50th Anniversary celebratory t-shirts seemed a rather daunting task, having never done anything like this before. Not really knowing how to go about this, I looked online for different suppliers and came across Zapkam, I read their reviews and thought I would give them a call to see if they could help us. The sales team were extremely helpful and guided us through each stage of the process, they helped us with our designs and explained everything in a way that it all made complete sense. Our initial order placement was for 58 commemorative t-shirts, all different sizes with individual initials on the sleeves. Our deadline was particularly tight from the point of confirming our order to when we needed the t-shirts back, I must say that I was rather nervous that this deadline might not be met. However, the team at Zapkam were fully aware of our tight deadline and pulled out all the stops to ensure that our t-shirts arrived with some time to spare. We were particularly pleased with all of our shirts when they arrived; the quality of material and finish was very professional indeed, much better than we'd expected.
