Excellent shop devoted to the outdoors. They have a very good collection of clothing and other equipment related to the outdoors. The top floor is for camping enthusiasts. The shop assistants is one of the most helpful I have ever met. I was in to buy binoculars for my children. He helped me find the right ones with good value for money. He also explained the discounts really well and helped me discover new products like travel towels. It is the best outdoors store ever.

On a very busy saturday, understaffed, overworked, mask-wearing whilst rushing about to and fro from shop floor to stock room, Daryl was a real pleasure to be served by. Attentive, polite, informative, and patient. Juggling at least 2 customer's demands (and we were quite demanding! ) Daryl remained professional and friendly throughout. A genuine lovely person with a FIVE star attitude towards customer service, and sales. A relaxing and enjoyable experience of what could have been quite stressful and frustrating. Daryl is an asset to any company, Millets are lucky to have him!

Lovely staff and nothing seemed to much for them ,while i was in there they had a lady on a mobility scooter they moved all the rails around so she could move about and the young girl even got on her knees to help lady with lower shelves and to try shoes on
